Інституційні форми політичного патріотизму в сучасній Україні: динаміка еволюції

Abstract

The article deals with the peculiarities of the dynamics of the evolution of patriotic political institutions, attention is paid to the influence of political transformations since the beginning of Ukraine's independence on the level of patriotic consciousness and political initiative and motivated individual political institutions. The impulses of democratic transformations in the processes of civil society forming in the context of providing the existing political institutions with the new external environment are determined. The peculiarities of the development of civil society during the Orange Revolution and the Revolution of Dignity and their significance for existing political institutions in Ukraine are set. The directions of patriotic political forces ac- tivity, in particular, public control as a factor of political actors` responsibility increasing in the inter-election period, are analyzed. The potential of political patriotism as a factor of strengthening the change in the internal content of specific political institutions and their interaction in general is clarified. The content of the new configuration of the political system, which was caused by a reload of relations between the authorities and the people during the EuroMaydan, is determined. The reflection of democratization on the state of the party system, which is a factor in the translation of social requirements into the political level, is explored. The functioning of political parties of Ukraine in the conditions of growth of pluralism and competitiveness is estimated. The attention is paid to the dynamics of the growth of patriotic political institutions in the parameters of quantitative growth and increase of diversity. The conditions for the initiative promotion and advocacy of own ideas by modern patriotic political forces and organizations are determined. Attention given to the dependence of trust in political parties, from the consolidation of the electoral core through the use of political forces of public resources. The possibilities of supporting voters with political forces that meet the needs of citizens are being explored. The analysis of factors of external aggression and protection of statehood and territorial integrity as priorities that can prevail social and economic issues and narrow corporate or territorial interests. The process of diversification of political preferences in the conditions of crisis phenomena, which compel the population to react to political reality, is being studied. The basis of optimal institutional design of patriotic political forces and ensuring their level of maximum functionality in the domestic political system is considered.
