Нові можливості політичної експертизи в інформаційному суспільстві

Abstract

The article considers the concepts of “information society” and “information”, ascertained whether the information society is democratic, whether information technologies influence the development of political expertise. It is concluded that, on the one hand, modern information and communication technologies have given political expertise new opportunities for participation in the political and managerial process and influence on public opinion, on the other hand, have become one of the reasons for the massive political profession. У статті розглянуті поняття «інформаційне суспільство» і «інформація», з’ясовано, чи є інформаційне суспільство демократичним, чи впливають інформаційні технології на розвиток політичної експертизи. Зроблено висновок про те, що сучасні інформаційно-комунікаційні технології, з одного боку, надали політичній експертизі нові можливості для участі в політико-управлінському процесі і впливу на громадську думку, з іншого – стали однією з причин масовості цієї політичної професії. Досліджено роль Інтернету в розвитку політичної експертизи. Розглянуто аналітична, комунікаційна та дослідницька функції блогу.
