Педагогічна підтримка як умова підготовки майбутніх учителів до наставницької діяльності

Abstract

Стаття присвячена розгляду сутності педагогічної підтримки як педагогічної умови підготовки майбутніх учителів до наставницької діяльності та ролі педагога-наставника в зазначеному процесі. З’ясовано, що в сучасній психолого-педагогічній літературі питанням педагогічного наставництва у професійній підготовці майбутніх учителів приділяється недостатньо уваги. Визначено, що педагогічна підтримка є складною системою педагогічної діяльності, що розкриває особистісний потенціал людини і містить у собі допомогу студентам у подоланні соціальних, психологічних й особистісних труднощів шляхом створення відповідних психолого-педагогічних умов; спільним процесом визначення власних професійних інтересів, цілей, можливостей і шляхів подолання проблем, що заважають суб’єктам педагогічної взаємодії досягати бажаних результатів у навчанні, самовихованні, спілкуванні в майбутній професійній діяльності. Доведено, що перший вектор педагогічної підтримки спрямований на формування педагогічної фасилітації майбутніх учителів у процесі навчання у виші; другий вектор визначається особливостями професійного становлення майбутнього фахівця як цілісної особистості; третій вектор спрямовується на формування педагогічної обдарованості. The article is devoted to the examination of the essence of pedagogical support as a pedagogical condition of future teachers’ preparation to tutor's activity and the role of tutor in the given process itself. It is found out that in modern psycho-pedagogical literature the questions of pedagogical tutorship in future teachers’ professional preparation are paid very little attention to. It is determined that pedagogical support is a difficult system of pedagogical activity exposing personal potential of a man and containing help to the students in overcoming of social, psychological and personal difficulties by creation of corresponding psycho-pedagogical terms; by the joint process of determination of own professional interests, aims, possibilities and ways of solving the problems interfering with the subjects of pedagogical cooperation to reach the desired results in education, self-education, communication in future professional activity. It is proved that the first vector of pedagogical support is aimed to the formation of future teachers’ pedagogical facilitation in the process of education at higher school; the second vector is determined by the features of future specialist’s professional becoming as an integral personality; the third vector is aimed to the formation of pedagogical talent.
