Громадський контроль над державою: сутність, механізми реалізації та перспективи розвитку

Abstract

У дисертації здійснено комплексний аналіз громадського контролю, механізмів його реалізації і перспектив розвитку, особливостей функціонування в сучасному українському суспільстві. Розкрито сутність громадського контролю, проаналізовано його основні функції і принципи дії. Досліджено умови функціонування громадського контролю, визначено його основні механізми, проаналізовано тенденції розвитку в сучасних умовах. The thesis was carried out a comprehensive analysis of social control mechanisms for its implementation and prospects for development, the functioning of the Ukrainian society. The essence of public control, analysis of its main functions and operating principles. The conditions of functioning of public control, set its basic mechanisms, analysis of trends in modern conditions. It is proved that the state of public control in Ukraine is ambiguous. On the one hand, countries with some elements of such control that emerged in the course of democratic transformation in recent decades. On the other hand - they still remain insufficient to fully perform their functions and ensure the real involvement of citizens in public policy. Determined that the efficiency of public control in Ukraine requires modernization efforts by both the state and by civil society. It is proved that the use of telecommunication technologies can significantly improve the efficiency of public control.
