Формирование профессионально обусловленных деструкций у сотрудников уголовно-исполнительной системы (на примере сотрудников Службы Безопасности)

Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of the formation of professionally caused destructions of penal system officers under the influence of the conditions of service and professional activities. While studying the problem, we took the attitude of E.F. Zeyer and E.E.Symanyuk, who considered that in the process of carrying out professional activities one can unavoidably observe different structural changes. The article deals with such types of professionally caused destructions as professionally caused accentuation and professional deformation. Professionally caused accentuation as regarded as the excessive expression of individual traits, personal, characterological manifestations (intellectual, emotional, volitional, behavioral), as well as some professionally caused properties and qualities of a person which have a negative impact on working capacity and behavior of penal system officers. Professional deformation is considered as an adverse change of personality traits, emergence of unwanted traits in the process of professional activity. In the course of the study it was found out that professionally caused destructions are formed and strengthened depending on the length of service; they appear as professionally caused accentuations and personality deformations. The hypothesis developed at the beginning of the study, that in the process of professional activity penal system officers show professionally caused destructions such as professionally caused accentuations and professional deformations, was affirmed. It is necessary to conclude that, at first, professionally caused accentuations emerge which subsequently give rise to psychological disbalance of a personality, which, in its turn, develops in specific deformation of specialist’s personality. Настоящая статья посвящена изучению проблемы формирования профессионально обусловленных деструкций у сотрудников уголовно-исполнительной системы под влиянием условий служебно-профессиональной деятельности. В статье рассматриваются такие виды профессионально обусловленных деструкций, как профессионально обусловленные акцентуации и профессиональная деформация. В ходе проведенного исследования установлено, что профессионально обусловленные деструкции формируются и усиливаются в зависимости от стажа служебной деятельности и проявляются в виде профессионально обусловленных акцентуаций и профессиональной деформации личности.
