Термінологічна функціональна грамотність фахівців мистецької освіти в парадигмі організаційної науки тектології

Abstract

Організація навчання майбутніх фахівців – одне з головних завдань професорсько-викладацького складу кафедр та керівництва вищої школи. Це завдання спрямоване на пошук технологій та інновацій формоутворення навчального процесу з метою підвищення якості освіти. З наукової точки зору, методологія організації навчального процесу ґрунтується на парадигмі організаційної науки. Ця галузь наукового пізнання була позначена поняттям тектологія (від грец. – тесля, будівельник та λόγος – слово, учіння, творення) О. Богдановим, у якості науки вважається предтечею кібернетики та синергетики (Л. Абалкін, М. Сетров, А. Тахтаджян, Ю. Урманцев). Organization of training of future specialists is one of the main tasks of the teaching staff of the departments and management of the higher school. This task is aimed at finding technology and innovations in the formation of the educational process in order to improve the quality of education. From a scientific point of view, the methodology of organizing the educational process is based on the paradigm of organizational science. This area of ​​scientific knowledge was designated by the concept of tectology (from the Greek - carpenter, builder and λόγος - word, doctrine, creation) O. Bogdanov, as a science is considered the forerunner of cybernetics and synergetics (L. Abalkin, M. Setrov, A. Takhtajyan, Y. Urmantsev).
