Abstract

У статті визначено зміст і структуру професійної адаптації майбутніх викладачів медико-біологічних дисциплін в умовах магістерської підготовки у вищих закладах освіти. Обґрунтовано зміст професійної адаптації майбутніх викладачів медико-біологічних дисциплін в умовах магістерської підготовки у вищих закладах освіти. Визначено структурні компоненти професійної адаптації майбутніх викладачів медико-біологічних дисциплін в умовах магістерської підготовки у вищих закладах освіти: аксіологічно-ціннісний, когнітивний, операційно-технологічний, діяльнісно-рефлексивний.
