Парадигма модернізації соціальної держави: між пострадянськими інститутами та неоліберальними ідеями

Abstract

Статтю присвячено визначенню парадигми модернізації соціальної держави між пострадянським інститутами та неоліберальними ідеями. Обґрунтовано, що одна із основних причин складнощів у формуванні соціальної держави в Україні полягає у конфлікті між пострадянським інститутами та неоліберальними ідеями. У процесі трансформації парадигми соціальної держави виникає напруженість та протиріччя між усталеними інститутами, які забезпечують тяглість традицій та новими ідеями, які функціонують у сучасному суспільстві у ідеологічному вимірі. Метою статті є визначення парадигми модернізації соціальної держави у конфлікті між пострадянськими інститутами та неоліберальними ідеями. У дослідженні парадигми модернізації соціальної держави, яка створюється у конфлікті між пострадянськими інститутами та неоліберальними ідеями використовувались як загальнонаукові (які спираються на низку теоретичних та філософських позицій, формують світоглядні основи дослідження) так і спеціальні методи політичної науки. Основою дослідження парадигми соціальної держави як зіткнення пострадянських інститутів та неоліберальних ідей є конфліктна теорія політичної науки. Конфлікт між пострадянським інститутами та неоліберальними ідеями визначено як одну із основних причин складнощів у процесі формування парадигми модернізації соціальної держави в Україні. The article is devoted to defining the modernization paradigm of the social state between post-Soviet institutions and neoliberal ideas. It is substantiated that one of the primary reasons for the difficulties in forming a social state in Ukraine lies in the conflict between post-Soviet institutions and neoliberal ideas. In the process of transforming the social state paradigm, tension and contradictions arise between established institutions, which ensure the continuity of traditions, and new ideas that function in modern society within the ideological dimension. The purpose of the article is to determine the modernization paradigm of the social state in the conflict between post-Soviet institutions and neoliberal ideas. In researching the modernization paradigm of the social state, which is shaped in the conflict between post-Soviet institutions and neoliberal ideas, both general scientific methods (relying on a range of theoretical and philosophical positions, forming the worldview foundations of the study) and special methods of political science were utilized. The basis of the study of the social state paradigm as a clash of post-Soviet institutions and neoliberal ideas is the conflict theory of political science. The conflict between post-Soviet institutions and neoliberal ideas is identified as one of the main causes of complications in the process of forming the modernization paradigm of the social state in Ukrainе.
