Трансформація наукової комунікації в умовах відкритої науки та цифровізації: виклики і перспективи академічної доброчесності

Abstract

Розглянуто трансформацію наукової комунікації в умовах розвитку відкритої науки та цифровізації як важливий чинник модернізації дослідницької діяльності й міжнародної інтеграції наукової спільноти. Проаналізовано сучасні тенденції розвитку наукової комунікації, зумовлені поширенням цифрових платформ, відкритого доступу до наукових результатів, електронних репозитаріїв, міжнародних наукометричних баз даних та інструментів наукової співпраці. Обґрунтовано значення принципів відкритої науки для забезпечення прозорості, доступності, відтворюваності та суспільної цінності наукових досліджень. Особливу увагу приділено викликам академічної доброчесності, пов’язаним із використанням технологій штучного інтелекту, поширенням недоброчесних практик, діяльністю хижацьких видань, маніпуляціями з наукометричними показниками та необхідністю дотримання етичних стандартів наукової діяльності. Висвітлено перспективи розвитку цифрової наукової комунікації, що передбачають удосконалення механізмів відкритого рецензування, розвитку цифрової ідентичності дослідників, міжнародної співпраці та формування культури відповідального використання цифрових технологій у науці. This paper examines the transformation of scientific communication in the context of the development of open science and digitalization as an important factor in the modernization of research activities and the international integration of the scientific community. The paper analyzes current trends in the development of scientific communication driven by the proliferation of digital platforms, open access to scientific results, electronic repositories, international scientometric databases, and tools for scientific collaboration. The importance of the principles of open science for ensuring the transparency, accessibility, reproducibility, and societal value of scientific research is substantiated. Particular attention is paid to the challenges to academic integrity associated with the use of artificial intelligence technologies, the spread of unethical practices, the activities of predatory journals, the manipulation of scientometric indicators, and the need to adhere to ethical standards in scientific activity. The article highlights the prospects for the development of digital scientific communication, which include improving open peer review mechanisms, developing researchers’ digital identities, fostering international collaboration, and cultivating a culture of responsible use of digital technologies in science.
