Abstract

У тезах розглянуто проєктний менеджмент як ефективний інструмент управління приватним закладом дошкільної освіти в умовах сучасних освітніх трансформацій та підвищення конкурентоспроможності освітніх послуг. Проаналізовано сутність проєктного менеджменту, його основні принципи, функції та можливості застосування у сфері дошкільної освіти. Обґрунтовано значення проєктного підходу для стратегічного планування розвитку закладу, організації освітнього процесу, впровадження інноваційних педагогічних технологій, розвитку кадрового потенціалу та ефективного використання ресурсів. Акцентовано увагу на ролі керівника закладу дошкільної освіти як координатора проєктної діяльності, здатного забезпечити командну взаємодію, комунікацію з батьками, педагогами та соціальними партнерами. Висвітлено можливості використання цифрових інструментів і платформ для моніторингу, планування та реалізації освітніх проєктів. Визначено основні переваги проєктного менеджменту, серед яких гнучкість управління, підвищення якості освітніх послуг, розвиток інноваційної культури та створення позитивного іміджу приватного закладу освіти. Зроблено висновок, що проєктний менеджмент є важливим чинником ефективного функціонування та стратегічного розвитку приватного закладу дошкільної освіти в умовах цифровізації та реформування освіти.

This paper examines project management as an effective tool for managing a private preschool education institution in the context of current educational transformations and efforts to enhance the competitiveness of educational services. The essence of project management, its basic principles, functions, and potential applications in the field of preschool education are analyzed. The significance of the project approach for strategic planning of the institution’s development, organization of the educational process, implementation of innovative pedagogical technologies, development of human resources, and effective use of resources is substantiated. Emphasis is placed on the role of the preschool education institution’s director as a project activity coordinator capable of ensuring teamwork, communication with parents, educators, and social partners. The possibilities of using digital tools and platforms for monitoring, planning, and implementing educational projects are highlighted. The main advantages of project management are identified, including management flexibility, improved quality of educational services, the development of an innovative culture, and the creation of a positive image for the private educational institution. It is concluded that project management is a key factor in the effective functioning and strategic development of a private preschool education institution in the context of digitalization and educational reform.
