Сучасна цивілізаційна криза в контексті збою формаційної еволюції

Abstract

Сучасні відцентрові процеси деглобалізації все більше вселяють тривогу. Бо багатополярний світ уже двічі спричиняв світові війни. Чи є глобальний апокаліпсис фатальною неминучістю? – Сумнівно. Адже інтеграційні процеси в економіці об’єктивно визначають магістральний вектор соціального прогресу у напрямі формування моноцілосного світу, який апріорі виключає вірогідність військових конфліктів. На цьому тлі російська агресія проти України та формування навколо цієї драми двох полюсів світового протистояння – вісі автократичного зла з однієї сторони, і світової демократії з іншої – сприймається як цивілізаційна аномалія: глобальний конфлікт авторитарного імперіалізму з демократичною глобалізацією, тиранії зі свободою, минулого з майбутнім. В основі цього конфлікту не просто випадкові агресивно-експансивні примхи автократів, а збій формаційної еволюції – несумісність базису і надбудови: економічний базис у глобальному просторі наразі переважно модерно-капіталістичний, а державно-політична надбудова подекуди ще лишається авторитарно-архаїчна – мутований пережиток феодального середньовіччя. Ось де первопричина тривалої череди свідомо спровокованих автократами глобальних катаклізмів, починаючи від Першої світової війни, – відчайдушна протидія агонізуючого авторитаризму світовим інтеграційним процесам, що розмивають економічне підґрунтя автократичних режимів, несучи їм неминучу кончину. Мета статті – дати та довести до світової спільноти розуміння глибинної суті цивілізаційного розвитку в напрямі формування моноцілісної у глобальному просторі людської мегаспільноти, показавши на цьому тлі антиприродну сутність сучасного авторитаризму з його агонізуючими потугами самопорятунку методами військової протидії глобалізаційним процесам. Саме під таким кутом зору варто розглядати намагання мафіозно-авторитарної РФ військовими засобами вирвати Україну зі світових інтеграційних процесів, примусово втягнувши її у склад своєї агонізуючої автократо-імперії. The relevance of the problem. The modern centrifugal processes of deglobalization are increasingly alarming. Because the multipolar world has already caused world wars twice. Is a global apocalypse a fatal inevitability? – Doubtful. After all, integration processes in the economy objectively determine the main vector of social progress in the direction of forming a monolithic world, which a priori excludes the likelihood of military conflicts. Against this background, Russian aggression against Ukraine and the formation around this drama of two poles of world confrontation – the axis of autocratic evil on the one hand, and world democracy on the other – is perceived as a civilizational anomaly: a global conflict of authoritarian imperialism with democratic globalization, tyranny with freedom, the past with the future. At the heart of this conflict are not just random aggressiveexpansive whims of autocrats, but a failure of formational evolution – the incompatibility of the base and the superstructure: the economic base in the global space is currently predominantly moderncapitalist, while the state-political superstructure in some places still remains authoritarian-archaic – a mutated remnant of the feudal Middle Ages. This is the root cause of the long series of global cataclysms deliberately provoked by autocrats, starting from the First World War – the desperate opposition of authoritarianism to world integration processes that erode the economic foundation of autocratic regimes, bringing them inevitable doom. The purpose of the article is to give and bring to the world community an understanding of the deep essence of civilizational development in the direction of forming a monolithic human mega-community in the global space, showing against this background the unnatural essence of modern authoritarianism with its attempts at self-salvation by methods of military counteraction to globalization processes. It is from this perspective that it is worth considering the attempts of the mafia-authoritarian Russian Federation to tear Ukraine out of world integration processes by military means, forcibly drawing it into its agonizing autocratic empire. Research method: materialist approach to the analysis of social evolution, including the state of our present, is the method of historical materialism. Novelty of the research. For the first time, the Marxist method of materialist understanding of historical processes was used in favor of capitalist liberalization and the triumph of democratic globalization.
