Abstract

Актуальність дослідження зумовлена глобальним трендом цифровізації суспільно-політичних процесів, що докорінно змінює традиційні електоральні процедури. Впровадження технологій електронного голосування та інших цифрових інструментів ставить під сумнів усталені механізми забезпечення фундаментальних принципів виборчого права, що створює як нові можливості для демократизації, так і значні ризики для легітимності виборів. Це вимагає глибокого політологічного аналізу трансформації принципів загальності, рівності, прямого волевиявлення, таємності та вільності голосування в умовах нової технологічної реальності. The relevance of the study is driven by the global trend of digitalization of socio-political processes, which is fundamentally changing traditional electoral procedures. The introduction of e-voting technologies and other digital tools challenges the established mechanisms for ensuring the fundamental principles of suffrage, creating both new opportunities for democratization and significant risks to the legitimacy of elections. This requires a thorough political science analysis of the transformation of the principles of universality, equality, direct suffrage, secret ballot, and free voting in the new technological reality. The purpose of the article is to conduct a comprehensive political science analysis of the impact of digitalization on the implementation and substance of the classic principles of suffrage.
