Інституціоналізація гуманітарної політики ЄС щодо захисту прав дітей України в умовах російсько-української війни (2014–2025)

Abstract

У статті обгрунтовано актуальність проблеми захисту й гарантування прав і свобод дітей у контексті сучасних викликів, безпекових загроз, збройних конфліктів. Російсько-українська війна спричинила масштабну суспільну гуманітарну кризу, яка особливо гостро позначилася на найбільш вразливій категорії населення – дітях. У цьому контексті гуманітарна політика ЄС набула нових форм і змісту, трансформуючись із реактивної допомоги у системну інституційну діяльність, спрямовану на захист прав і свобод українських дітей. The article substantiates the relevance of the problem of protecting and guaranteeing the rights and freedoms of children in the context of modern challenges, security threats, and armed conflicts. The Russian-Ukrainian war caused a large-scale social humanitarian crisis, which had a particularly acute impact on the most vulnerable category of the population – children. In this context, the EU humanitarian policy has acquired new forms and content, transforming from reactive assistance into systemic institutional activity aimed at protecting the rights and freedoms of Ukrainian children.
