Вплив зовнішніх і внутрішніх інформаційних потоків на політичну культуру та свідомість українців

Abstract

Стаття присвячена аналізу впливу зовнішніх і внутрішніх інформаційних потоків на політичну культуру та свідомість українців. Актуальність проблеми зумовлена посиленням інформаційних загроз у контексті геополітичної нестабільності та активним використанням медіа, пропаганди та інформаційних кампаній як інструментів політичного впливу. У цих умовах важливо дослідити, яким чином зовнішні та внутрішні інформаційні потоки формують політичні цінності, установки, переконання та громадську думку населення. Метою статті є аналіз механізмів впливу інформаційних потоків на політичну культуру та свідомість українців, визначення основних тенденцій їх трансформації, а також окреслення ризиків і можливостей у контексті поширення пропаганди, дезінформації та медіакампаній. Методологічна основа дослідження базується на комплексному підході, який поєднує загальнонаукові та спеціальні методи. Зокрема, системний підхід дозволяє розглядати політичну культуру як динамічну соціальнополітичну систему, що змінюється під впливом інформаційних потоків. The article is devoted to analyzing the influence of external and internal information flows on the political culture and consciousness of Ukrainians. The relevance of the issue is driven by the intensification of information threats in the context of geopolitical instability and the active use of media, propaganda, and information campaigns as tools of political influence. Under such conditions, it is essential to explore how external and internal information flows shape political values, attitudes, beliefs, and public opinion. The purpose of the article is to examine the mechanisms through which information flows affect the political culture and consciousness of Ukrainians, to identify key trends in their transformation, as well as to outline the risks and opportunities associated with the spread of propaganda, disinformation, and media campaigns. The methodological basis of the study relies on a comprehensive approach that combines general scientific and specialized methods. In particular, the system approach makes it possible to consider political culture as a dynamic socio-political system that evolves under the influence of information flows.
