Особливості організації науково-дослідної роботи майбутніх вихователів дошкільних навчальних закладів

Abstract

Розкрито особливості сучасних досліджень у вищих навчальних закладах. Визначено функції науково-дослідної роботи студентів. Доведено, що науково-дослідна робота майбутніх вихователів дошкільних навчальних закладів виступає органічною складовою частиною цілісної системи професійної підготовки. Залежно від змісту і порядку здійснення заходів науково-дослідна робота студентів визначено три основні її види. Зазначено, що всі види науково-дослідної роботи забезпечують розвиток особистості студента. Обґрунтовано дві групи умов, що впливають на ефективність організації науково-дослідної роботи. Перша група – особистісні умови, обумовлені особливостями викладача, який організує наукову-дослідну роботу студентів, а також особливості студентів, які беруть участь у науково-дослідній роботі. Друга група – управлінські умови, які характеризують організаторські або управлінські особливості організації науково-дослідної роботи студентів. It has been proved that the organization of scientific and research work is based on the principles of scientific character, systemacity, consistency, democratic character, creativity development stimulation. The peculiarities of students’ scientific and research work have been defined. Three main types of students’ scientific and research work have been justified, namely: students’ scientific and research work, which is directly provided with educational process (works which are performed according to curricula and programs without fail); students’ scientific and research work, which supplements the educational process (which is not included into the direct educational program); students’ scientific and research work, which is carried out in parallel with the educational process (mainly it is the participation of students in scientific researches, which are carried out by lecturers and scientists). The main forms of scientific and research work have been disclosed: students’ scientific and research clubs; creative problem groups which carry out researches on the problems that are related to scientific interests of both teachers and a department as a whole; students’ scientific and research work which is carried out on the basis of preschool educational institutions of the South of Ukraine; participation in scientific conferences and competitions of various levels (intra-university, regional, all-Ukrainian and international), participation in psychological and pedagogical studies, which are conducted by a department; participation in student’s olympiads (intra-university, regional, all-Ukrainian and international), carrying out the research works not in a university; cooperation with pre-school educational institutions; participation in international programs and competitions, grants; research work, which is conducted on an individual plan for the execution of coursework and master’s work. Two groups of conditions which affect the effectiveness of the organization of scientific and research work have been identified. The first group is personal conditions, caused by the peculiarities of a lecturer, who organizes students’ scientific and research work, as well as the peculiarities of students who participate in research work. The second group is administrative conditions which characterize the organizing or administrative peculiarities of the organization of students’ scientific and research work.
