Партійний дискурс щодо європейської інтеграції: від пострадянської амбівалентності до інституційного впливу

Abstract

У статті визначено партійний дискурс щодо європейської інтеграції України. Відзначено розвиток партійного дискурсу щодо європейської інтеграції від пострадянської амбівалентності до інституційного впливу. Актуальність проблеми обумовлена тим, що партійний дискурс, як інституційний політичний дискурс, не лише віддзеркалює громадську думку щодо європейської інтеграції, а й формує її. Щоправда, через вади партійного дискурсу, добре досліджені та визначені у науковому дискурсі, конструювання європейської інтеграції характеризує лише виборчий дискурс та, відповідно, обмежується електоральним періодом. Партійний дискурс щодо європейської інтеграції набуває не лише суспільної ваги, а й інституційного впливу, що обумовлює актуальність теми дослідження. У партійному дискурсі конструюється політика європейської інтеграції України, визначається візія, яка отримує підтримку суспільства під час електоральних змагань. The article defines party discourse on Ukraine's European integration. It notes the development of party discourse on European integration from post-Soviet ambivalence to institutional influence. The relevance of the problem is due to the fact that party discourse, as an institutional political discourse, not only reflects public opinion on European integration but also shapes it. However, due to the shortcomings of party discourse, which have been well-researched and defined in academic discourse, the construction of European integration characterizes only the electoral discourse and, accordingly, is limited to the electoral period. Party discourse on European integration acquires not only public importance but also institutional influence, which determines the relevance of the research topic. In party discourse, Ukraine's European integration policy is constructed, and a vision that receives public support during electoral competitions is defined.
