Успішні кейси впливу електронних петицій на ухвалення політичних рішень в Україні

Abstract

Актуальність дослідження зумовлена необхідністю забезпечення більшої прозорості, підзвітності та залучення громадян до процесу прийняття рішень в умовах демократичної трансформації України та її євроінтеграційного курсу. Електронні петиції, як важливий інструмент електронної демократії, сприяють мобілізації громадян навколо суспільно значущих проблем і забезпечують новий формат комунікації між суспільством та владою. Вивчення успішних кейсів електронних петицій дозволяє оцінити ефективність цього механізму, виявити чинники, що забезпечують їх результативність, а також визначити перспективи подальшого розвитку електронної демократії в Україні. The relevance of the study is determined by the need to ensure greater transparency, accountability, and citizen engagement in the decision-making process in the context of Ukraine’s democratic transformation and its European integration course. Electronic petitions, as an important instrument of e-democracy, facilitate the mobilization of citizens around socially significant issues and provide a new format of communication between society and government. The study of successful cases of electronic petitions makes it possible to assess the effectiveness of this mechanism, identify the factors that ensure their impact, and determine the prospects for the further development of e-democracy in Ukraine.
