Деліберативна демократія: міжнародні стандарти та тенденції розвитку в Україні

Abstract

Концептуальна модель деліберативної демократії є одним із способів посилення громадської участі в рамках представницької демократії. Інтерес до цієї моделі зростає як у світі, так і в Україні. При цьому наявна тенденція стандартизації підходів до деліберативної демократії на міжнародному рівні, що актуалізує дослідження відповідних документів та визначення можливостей їх впровадження в Україні. Тож метою статті є дослідження спроб інституціоналізації деліберативної демократії на рівні міжнародних стандартів та рекомендацій, а також – відповідних процесів в Україні. The conceptual model of deliberative democracy is one of the ways to strengthen public participation within the framework of representative democracy. Interest in this model is growing both in the world and in Ukraine. At the same time, there is a tendency to standardize approaches to deliberative democracy at the international level. This makes the study of thematic international documents and the identification of opportunities for their implementation in Ukraine relevant. Therefore, the purpose of the article is to study attempts to institutionalize deliberative democracy at the level of international standards and recommendations, as well as relevant processes in Ukraine.
