Трансформації геополітичної ідентичності населення України під час війни

Abstract

Статтю присвячено дослідженню трансформації геополітичної ідентичності населення України під час російсько-української війни. Встановлено, що тяжкі воєнні випробування призвели до певних трансформацій в геополітичній ідентичності населення України, передусім, спостерігається активізація формування державницької ідентичності. Державницька (етатистська) геополітична ідентифікація індивідів та соціальних груп означає їх свідоме ототожнення себе з державною геополітичною системою й прагнення активно діяти для реалізації екзистенціальних інтересів своєї держави. Виявлено, що залишаються певні регіональні відмінності в сприйнятті населенням геополітичних явищ та процесів, проте ці відмінності є відносно невеликими і не носять принципового характеру. Для сталої підтримки українським суспільством воєнної політики держави щодо захисту національної незалежності потрібний достатньо високий рівень національної ідентичності населення. Доведено, що у свідомості населення регіонів України відбувається подальше укорінення національної ідентичності. Спостерігається подальше формування в державі інклюзивної політичної нації. Зміцнення державної геополітичної ідентичності населення України підтверджується тим, що переважна більшість українців вкрай негативно сприймає вимоги Росії щодо територіальних поступок на її користь. Згідно з результатами соціологічних досліджень, зросла підтримка українськими громадянами потенційного приєднання України до ЄС та НАТО. Посилення європейської та євроатлантичної ідентичності населення України сприятиме її інтеграції до західного цивілізаційного простору. У результаті подальшого поширення серед населення України державницької геополітичної ідентичності може бути забезпечення. The article is devoted to the study of the transformation of the geopolitical identity of the Ukrainian population during the Russian-Ukrainian war. It has been established that the severe trials of war have led to certain transformations in the geopolitical identity of Ukraine’s population, primarily reflected in the growing formation of a statist identity. Statist geopolitical identification of individuals and social groups implies their conscious association with the state’s geopolitical system and a willingness to actively pursue the existential interests of their state. The study reveals that while regional differences in the perception of geopolitical phenomena and processes persist, they are relatively minor and not of a fundamental nature. Sustained public support for the state’s military policy aimed at defending national independence requires a sufficiently high level of national identity among the population. It has been demonstrated that national identity continues to deepen in the consciousness of the population across Ukraine’s regions. The inclusive political nation is continuing to form within the state. The strengthening of the state geopolitical identity of the Ukrainian population is evidenced by the fact that the vast majority of Ukrainians strongly reject Russia’s demands for territorial concessions. According to sociological research, there has been a noticeable increase in public support for Ukraine’s potential accession to the EU and NATO. The strengthening of European and Euro-Atlantic identity among Ukrainians will contribute to the country’s integration into the Western civilizational space. As statist geopolitical identity continues to spread among the Ukrainian population, it may provide a foundation for public support not only for defensive but also for offensive geostrategy of the state.
