Особливості політичної міфотворчості в сучасній Україні

Abstract

В умовах сучасної політичної нестабільності в Україні актуалізуються питання, пов’язані з проблемами політичного маніпулювання свідомістю мас. В цьому контек- сті особливого значення набуває політична міфотворчість, як різновид маніпуля- тивної політичної технології. В статті проаналізовано сутність та особливості політичних міфів, виокремлено можливості використання мобілізаційного потен- ціалу міфу для здійснення позитивних суспільних змін. Зазначено про необхідність окреслення нового розуміння феноменології сучасного міфу, концептуалізації про- блемного поля політичного міфу як чинника формування нових якостей політичної свідомості українського суспільства, внесення ясності у питання змістовності, ефективності, моральності, інструментальності міфотворчості у трансформа- ційному суспільстві. Кризові явища у політичній сфері сучасної України впливають на динаміку соціокультурних змін у масовій політичній свідомості та породжують нові виклики, пов’язані з посиленням віртуалізації частини суспільних відносин, масш- табними ворожими дезінформаційними кампаніями та політичною нестабільністю всередині країни. Обґрунтовано, що соціальна міфотворчість є невід’ємною скла- довою суспільного життя, а найяскравішим її прикладом стають виборчі кампанії. Масова свідомість сучасного етапу розвитку українського суспільства є сприят- ливою основою для змін, але вона особливо схильна до маніпуляцій. У кризовому сус- пільстві повною мірою розкривається технологічна роль штучних політичних міфів. Образна мова політичної комунікації конструює сакральну політичну реальність шляхом моделювання уявлення про неї у вигляді значущих фактів-конструктів, реле- вантного українській політичній культурі міфотексту. Узагальнено, що соціально- політичний міф структурує бачення нинішнього й майбутнього, але ускладнює усвідомлений політичний вибір. В статті визначена й проаналізована низка новітніх політичних міфів, які актуалізувалися в умовах сучасної російсько-української війни. In the conditions of modern political instability in Ukraine, issues related to the problems of political manipulation of the consciousness of the masses are becoming more relevant. In this context, political myth-making, as a type of manipulative political technology, acquires special importance. The article analyzes the essence and features of political myths, and highlights the possibilities of using the mobilization potential of myth to implement positive social changes. The need to outline a new understanding of the phenomenology of modern myth, conceptualize the problematic field of political myth as a factor in the formation of new qualities of the political consciousness of Ukrainian society, and clarify the issues of content, effectiveness, morality, and instrumentality of myth-making in a transformational society is noted. Crisis phenomena in the political sphere of modern Ukraine affect the dynamics of socio-cultural changes in mass political consciousness and give rise to new challenges associated with the increased virtualization of some social relations, large-scale hostile disinformation campaigns, and political instability within the country. It is substantiated that social myth-making is an integral part of social life, and the most striking example of it is election campaigns. The mass consciousness of the modern stage of development of Ukrainian society is a favorable basis for change, but it is especially susceptible to manipulation. In a crisis society, the technological role of artificial political myths is fully revealed. The figurative language of political communication constructs a sacred political reality by modeling the representation of it in the form of significant facts-constructs, a mythotext relevant to Ukrainian political culture. It is generalized that the socio-political myth structures the vision of the present and the future, but complicates the conscious political choice. The article identifies and analyzes a number of new political myths that have become actualized in the conditions of the modern Russian-Ukrainian war.
