Цифрова трансформація освіти в країнах Європейського Союзу: тенденції та виклики

Abstract

У статті розглядаються основні тенденції та виклики цифрової трансформації освіти в країнах Європейського Союзу. Проаналізовано стратегічні документи ЄС які визначають напрями розвитку цифрових компетентностей, інтеграції цифрових технологій в освітній процес та забезпечення доступності цифрової освіти. Окреслено основні виклики, серед яких цифрова нерівність, потреба в підвищенні цифрової грамотності педагогів, забезпечення кібербезпеки та розвиток інфраструктури. Наведено приклади успішних ініціатив країн-членів ЄС щодо модернізації освітніх систем в умовах цифровізації. Зроблено висновок про необхідність цілісного та інклюзивного підходу до цифрової трансформації освіти як чинника сталого розвитку європейського освітнього простору.

The article discusses the main trends and challenges of digital transformation of education in the European Union. The author analyses the EU strategic documents that define the directions of development of digital competencies, integration of digital technologies into the educational process and ensuring accessibility of digital education. The main challenges are outlined, including digital inequality, the need to improve the digital literacy of teachers, cybersecurity and infrastructure development. Examples of successful initiatives of the EU member states to

modernise educational systems in the context of digitalisation are given. It is concluded that a holistic and inclusive approach to the digital transformation of education is needed as a factor in the sustainable development of the European educational space.
