Суб’єкт-об’єктний аспект владних відносин за сучасних умов: вплив на політичний процес

Abstract

У статті досліджуються особливості суб’єкт-об’єктного аспекту владних відносин та визначається їх вплив на політичний процес за сучасних умов. Зокрема аналізується зміст суб’єкт-об’єктної взаємодії владних відносин, виокремлюються чинники, що обумовлюють суб’єкт-об’єктну природу владних відносин. Для дослідження проблематики статті автор використовує міждисциплінарний підхід, із застосуванням знань політичної, філософської, психологічної, соціологічної наук. За допомогою методів аналізу і систематизації наукових джерел розглядається специфіка суб’єкт-об’єктної взаємодії, виокремлюється діалектична єдність суб’єкта і об’єкта відносин, а також розглядається вплив чинників, які визначають особливості владних відносин і політичних процесів за сучасних умов. Акцентується увага на динамічному характері цих відносин, передусім через вплив безпекових загроз, технологічного розвитку, глобалізаційних змін, трансформацій на рівні політичних систем окремих суспільств. Автор наголошує на тому, що відбувається адаптація політико-владних відносин та їх структурних компонентів до нових реалій, що позначається загалом на особливостях політичних процесів. Окремо приділяється увага питанню політичної суб’єктності. Аналізується положення про активізацію нових можливостей для суб’єктів щодо політичної участі через соціальні медіа та використання інших цифрових технологій. Разом з цим, це спричиняє нові виклики у вигляді політичних маніпуляцій та інших проблем, що можуть негативно позначатися на процесах демократичного розвитку суспільства. Динамічність владних відносин актуалізує потребу в переосмисленні підходів та напрямів управління, які спрямовані на зміцнення демократичних інститутів та практики. Наголошується, що аналіз взаємодії суб’єктів і об’єктів владних відносин, їхнього впливу на сучасний політичний процес, закладають перспективи для подальшого наукового дослідження проблеми політичної влади, владних відносин, політичної суб’єктності в сучасних реаліях. The article examines the features of the subject-object aspect of power relations and determines their impact on the political process under modern conditions of social development. In particular, the content of subject-object interaction of power relations is analyzed, factors that determine the subject-object nature of power relations are identified. To study the problems of the article, the author uses an interdisciplinary approach, using knowledge of political, philosophical, psychological, sociological and legal sciences. Using methods of analysis and systematization of scientific sources, the specifics of subjectobject interaction are considered, the dialectical unity of the subject and object of relations is identified, and the impact of factors that determine the features of power relations and political processes under modern conditions is also considered. The emphasis is on the dynamic nature of these relations, primarily due to the impact of security threats, technological development, globalization changes, and transformations at the level of political systems of individual societies. The author emphasizes that these relations and their structural components are adapting to new realities, which generally affects the features of political processes. Separate attention is paid to the issue of political subjectivity. The provision on the emergence of new opportunities for subjects regarding political participation through social media and the use of other digital technologies is analyzed. At the same time, this causes new challenges in the form of political manipulations and other problems that can negatively affect the processes of democratic development. The dynamism of power relations actualizes the need to rethink approaches and directions of governance aimed at strengthening democratic institutions and practices. It is emphasized that the analysis of the interaction of subjects and objects of power relations, their influence on the modern political process, lays the foundations for further scientific research into the problem of political power, power relations, and political subjectivity in modern realities.
