Methods and means of forming professional self-awareness

Abstract

The process of forming professional self-awareness involves the targeted use of effective pedagogical methods and didactic tools aimed at developing key professional competencies. Professional self-awareness reflects the level of awareness of the student of his professional identity, work motivation and responsibility for individual professional development. As noted by O. Grinova and N. Shvarp, this process is due to the action of a complex of factors, which include individual psychological characteristics of the personality, the specifics of the educational environment and the conditions of professional activity. The effective use of modern pedagogical methods and teaching aids contributes to the formation of a stable professional identity, which ensures the effective adaptation of young people to the conditions of future work. Процес формування професійної самосвідомості передбачає цілеспрямоване використання ефективних педагогічних методів і дидактичних засобів, спрямованих на розвиток ключових професійних компетентностей. Професійна самосвідомість відображає рівень усвідомлення студентом своєї професійної особистості, трудової мотивації та відповідальності за індивідуальний професійний розвиток. Як зазначають О. Гринова та Н. Шварп, цей процес зумовлений дією комплексу факторів, до яких входять індивідуально-психологічні особливості особистості, специфіка освітнього середовища та умови професійної діяльності. Ефективне використання сучасних педагогічних методик і засобів навчання сприяє формуванню стійкої професійної особистості, що забезпечує ефективну адаптацію молоді до умов майбутньої праці.
