Психологічні детермінанти творчої активності спілкування

Abstract

Проблема творчої спрямованості спілкування є однією з базових і актуальних проблем сучасної психології не тільки стосовно професійної діяльності (особливо в галузі соціономічних професій), а й у повсякденному житті. Соціальні зміни, що відбуваються сьогодні (спочатку вірусні інфекції, потім вторгнення сусідньої країни-агресора), торкаються багатьох сфер життя, особливо у сфері комунікації. З одного боку, технічний прогрес, розвиток дистанційних комунікацій (он-лайн навчання, спілкування у соціальних мережах тощо) розвивають можливості взаємодії між людьми, з іншого катастрофічно спостерігається дефіцит безпосереднього спілкування, особливо між молодими людьми, у яких ще не сформовані навики та вміння адекватного спілкування, здатності до успішної комунікації, до розуміння інших людей та себе у соціумі. The issue of the creative orientation of communication is one of the basic and urgent problems of modern psychology, not only in relation to professional activity (especially in the field of socionomic professions), but also in everyday life. Social changes taking place today (viral infections, as well as the invasion of a neighbouring aggressor country) affect many spheres of life, especially in the field of communication. On the one hand, technical progress, the development of distance communications (online learning, communication in social networks, etc.) develop opportunities for interaction between people, on the other hand, there is a catastrophic lack of direct communication, especially among young people who have not yet developed skills and abilities of adequate communication, the ability to successfully communicate, to understand other people and themselves in society.
