Professional communication competences of a fitness trainer

Abstract

Professional suitability is defined as a set of psychological and psychophysical properties, as well as special knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to achieve acceptable labor efficiency. Features of professional activity in the fitness system, during communication with those involved, impose increased demands on the communicative competence and individual psychological characteristics of the specialist. This article presents the results of a sociological study aimed at identifying the level of development of professional communicative competencies of fitness trainers in the system of health and recreational activities.
