Abstract

У статті розглянуто питання про участь тюркських формувань, які створили конфедерацію «Чорні клобуки» в житті південного прикордоння Русі. Проаналізовано процес творення об’єднання, показано місце неполовецьких етніч- них груп в житті півдня Русі, характер їх взаємин з слов’янським населенням пів- денноруських князівств та відносин з половцями. The article examines the question of the participation of the Turkic formations that created the “Black Hoods” confederation in the life of the southern border of Russia. The process of the creation of the union is analyzed, the place of non-Polovtsian ethnic groups in the life of southern Russia, the nature of their relations with the Slavic population of the southern Russian principalities and relations with the Polovtsians is shown.
