Формування конкурентоздатності майбутніх перекладачів у процесі професійної підготовки

Abstract

У дослідженні вперше було визначено та науково обґрунтовано сутність феномена «конкурентоздатність майбутніх перекладачів»; його структуру (соціально-адаптивний, змістовно-процесуальний та особистісно-управлінський компоненти); виявлено критерії (соціокультурний, когнітивно-діяльнісний та суб’єктно-організаційний); схарактеризовано рівні сформованості конкурентоздатності майбутніх перекладачів; визначено та обґрунтовано педагогічні умови формування конкурентоздатності майбутніх перекладачів у процесі професійної підготовки (спрямованість змісту фахової підготовки майбутніх перекладачів до конкурентоспроможної професійної діяльності; упровадження у навчальний процес проектної форми організації позааудиторної самостійної роботи студентів; використання стратегій та технік самопрезентації в контексті формування досліджуваного конструкту); розроблено, науково обґрунтовано й апробовано модель формування означеного феномена.

The essence, structure and the components of the future translators’ competitiveness have been scientifically grounded; the criteria and the levels of the future translators’ competitiveness have been defined and characterized. It has been proved that the formation of the future translators’ competitiveness in the process of the professional training can be effective under the following pedagogical conditions: orientation of the content of future translators’ professional training to the competitive professional activity, introduction of the project form of organization of the students’ extracurricular independent work to the educational process, the use of self-presentation strategies and techniques in the context of the stated phenomena formation. The model of future translators’ competitiveness formation has been worked out. It underlines the aim, pedagogical conditions, their means of realization and stages
