Сутність політичної стабільності в умовах інформаційного суспільства

Шляхом теоретичного аналізу визначаються основні характеристики політичної стабільності та розглядаються різні авторські підходи до класифікації цього поняття. Актуальність дослідження обумовлена недостатньою вивченістю явища суспільної стабільності в умовах викликів сьогодення, що пов’язані з розвитком інформаційного суспільства. Було проаналізовано останні дослідження та публікації фахівців у сфері інформаційної політики та суспільної стабільності, зокрема Р. Даля, Р.Марутян, К.Захаренка та інших. Проблему політичної стабільності та її типологію вивчали дослідники з-за кордону, такі як, Ф. Біллі, , Р. Даль, А. Макаричев, Й. Заллер, А. Зінов’єв, З. Голенкова, С. Ліпсет, Я. Яворський. Серед українських дослідників, які також вивчали питання політичної стабільності, можна згадати І. Кіянку, А. Крапа, А. Ковалевського та А. Романюка. Незважаючи на широке коло дослідників, які займалися цією темою, в сучасній політичній науці все ще не вироблено комплексного підходу до вивчення політичної стабільності та визначення її типологій. Наукова новизна полягає у аналізі сутності та систематизації сучасних підходів до вивчення політичної стабільності в умовах інформаційного суспільства. Метою цієї публікації є ознайомлення з основними підходами до класифікації політичної стабільності та їх теоретичним аналізом. У сучасних суспільних відносинах політичну стабільність можна вважати одним з найважливіших об’єктів політичного аналізу. Суспільно-політична стабільність постійно трансформується в наслідок глобалізаційних викликів, а для пострадянських суспільств також з системною політичною та соціально-економічною кризою перехідного періоду. Ці виклики можуть бути одночасно як загрозою, так і можливістю розглянути цей феномен у широкому контексті, переосмислити його основні риси та встановити основу для нової дослідницької програми, спрямованої на розуміння характеристик політичної стабільності в сучасних суспільствах у глобальному інформаційному світі. The article deals with issues related to the essence and different types of political stability. Through theoretical analysis, the main characteristics of political stability are determined and various author’s approaches to the classification of this concept are considered. The relevance of the study is due to the insufficient study of the phenomenon of social stability in the context of today’s challenges associated with the development of the information society. The author analyzed the latest research and publications of experts in the field of information policy and social stability, in particular, R. Dahl, R. Marutian, K. Zakharenko and others. The problem of political stability and its typology has been studied by researchers from abroad, such as F. Billy, R. Dahl, A. Makarychev, J. Zaller, A. Zinoviev, Z. Golenkova, S. Lipset, J. Jaworski. Among the Ukrainian researchers who have also studied the issue of political stability, we can mention I. Kiyanka, A. Krap, A. Kovalevsky, and A. Romanyuk. Despite the wide range of researchers who have dealt with this topic, modern political science has not yet developed a comprehensive approach to the study of political stability and the definition of its typologies. The scientific novelty lies in the analysis of the essence and systematization of modern approaches to the study of political stability in the information society. The purpose of this publication is to familiarize with the main approaches to the classification of political stability and their theoretical analysis. In modern social relations, political stability can be considered one of the most important objects of political analysis. Socio-political stability is constantly transforming as a result of globalization challenges, and for post-Soviet societies, also due to the systemic political and socio-economic crisis of transition. These challenges can be both a threat and an opportunity to consider this phenomenon in a broader context, to rethink its main features and to establish a basis for a new research program aimed at understanding the characteristics of political stability in modern societies in the global information world.
