Педагогічні умови формування фасилітаційної компетентності майбутніх учителів гуманітарних спеціальностей у професійній підготовці

Abstract

Дисертаційне дослідження присвячене проблемі формування фасилітаційної компетентності майбутніх учителів гуманітарних спеціальностей у професійній підготовці. Досліджено та проаналізовано стан розробленості проблеми професійної підготовки майбутніх учителів гуманітарних спеціальностей в контексті формування у них певного виду професійної компетентності – фасилітаційної компетентності. Спираючись на результати аналізу наукового фонду визначено методологічну опору розробки проблеми формування фасилітаційної компетентності вчителів, а саме: в освітню систему має бути закладено провідну ідею гуманістичного світогляду, що передбачає усвідомлення природи і людини в їх єдності, відмову від авторитарного, міфологічного стилю мислення, терпимість, здатність до компромісів, поважне ставлення до чужої думки, індивідуальності кожного, до інших культур, цінностей, вірувань, довіру до людини та віру в неї.PhD thesis is devoted to the problem of facilitation competence formation of future teachers of the Humanities in professional training. Basing on the results of the scientific fund analysis there has been characterized the specifics of the professional activity of the teacher of the Humanities that is the formation of the spiritual culture of the students (as a factor of the spiritual security of the nation) within which the conceptualization of their outlook is realized; the processes of self-knowledge and self-realization of children are actualized; the moral-ethical and social position of the personality is formed. The peculiarity of the professional training of future teachers of the Humanities in higher education institutions has been characterized, depending on the formation of their «nonlinear» humanitarian style of thinking, the ability to build up constructive models of polylogical, tolerant communication with the surrounding ones, based on the specific characteristics of the individual (empathy, reflexivity, congruence) subject-subjective orientation.
