Соціальні відхилення Homo Sapiens: контекстуальне поле національного менталітету

Abstract

Relevance of the problem. The inconsistency and diversity of sociocultural development throughout the history of human civilization indicate that along with outstanding scientific discoveries, achievements in art, there are also pronounced negative phenomena, constantly occurring manifestations of moral anomie. Among the most destructive manifestations of our time, we will single out Russian aggression, murder, drug addiction, and suicide. It is these forms of social deviations, with their large-scale growth, that threaten their very serious consequences both for the spiritual and physical health of the nation (nations) and for the normal functioning of state institutions. Historically, the leading position in the study of the problems of social deviations until recently was occupied by the works of foreign scientists, while modern Ukrainian scientific knowledge analyzing social deviations arose only after Ukraine gained independence. Therefore, the practical basis for studying this phenomenon is insignificant. However, Russian aggression has significantly changed the situation. Today, Ukrainian researchers are at the forefront of a significantly accumulated practical fundamental basis for research on social deviations of various kinds. At the same time, Ukrainian scientists have drawn a parallel between the National mentality and the assessment of social deviations (deviations-delinquencies) in the contextual field of research. The modern understanding of the sociocultural, sociopsychological, and socioeconomic foundations of the development of Homo Sapiens has provided a new understanding of human progress based on moral and ethical norms produced by the historical experience of the evolution of national mentality. It is the understanding of these specifics that allows Ukrainian society to successfully resist the aggressor, which is the best incentive for further study of the problem. Суперечливість і різноманіття соціокультурного розвитку протягом всієї історії існування людської цивілізації свідчать про те, що поруч з видатними науковими відкриттями, досягненнями в мистецтві існують і яскраво виражені негативні явища, постійно зустрічаються прояви моральної аномії. Серед найбільш деструктивних проявів сучасності виділимо російську агресію, вбивства, наркоманію, суїцид. Саме ці форми соціальних відхилень (девіацій) при їх масштабному зростанні загрожують своїми вельми серйозними наслідками як духовному і фізичному здоров'ю нації (націй), так і нормальному функціонуванню державних інститутів. Історично склалося так, що провідне становище у вивченні проблематики соціальних відхилень аж до останнього часу займали праці зарубіжних вчених, тоді як сучасне українське наукове знання, що аналізує соціальні відхилення, виникло тільки після здобуття Україною незалежності. Тому практична база вивчення даного явища незначна. Однак російська агресія значно змінила ситуацію. Сьогодні українські дослідники йдуть в авангарді значно накопиченої практичної фундаментальної основи досліджень соціальних відхилень самого різного роду. При цьому українські вчені провели паралель між Національною ментальністю та оцінкою соціальних відхилень (девіацій-делінквенцій) у контекстуальному полі досліджень. Сучасне розуміння соціокультурних, соціопсихологічних, соціоекономічних основ розвитку Homo Sapiens надало нове розуміння прогресу людини на основі морально-етичних норм, спродукованим історичним досвідом еволюції національної ментальності. Саме розуміння даної специфіки дозволяє українському суспільству успішно протистояти агресору, що і є найкращим стимулом для подальшого вивчення проблеми.
