Феномен глобалізації у трактуванні наукових шкіл: історія та сучасність

Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the historical retrospective and the formation of the phenomenon of globalization, its impact and significance on modern world political processes. The relevance of the work is determined by the presence of a sufficiently wide range of interpretations regarding various aspects of the phenomenon of globalization. The essence, mechanisms and consequences of this phenomenon remain unanalyzed until the end. The purpose of the article is to study the scientific aspects of the phenomenon of globalization, to conduct an analysis of modern forms of their manifestation, and to study the impact of the globalization process on the spheres of human life. The research was carried out using the methods of systemic, logical, structural-functional and socio-political analysis. The authors analyze the concept of globalization and the concept of its definition. The article reveals the contradictions of the leading concepts of globalization, which primarily relate to determining the impact of the latter on the further development of the world. In this context, the conceptual approaches of neoliberal globalization and its critics are considered. In the article, the authors analyze the contradictions of globalization in connection with the phenomenon of Westernization. In particular, globalization is revealed as a process broader than westernization and in all practical senses it is equal to the process of modernization. Proponents of another approach see globalization as an extended Westernization, the spread of Western capitalism and Western political institutions. Special attention is paid to the objectivity and inevitability of globalization. In this context, two currents are distinguished: hyperglobalist «revolutionaries» and supporters of the evolutionary approach. The question of the importance and further role of the national state in globalization processes is becoming more and more relevant at the present stage. Political globalization, aimed at studying global international political processes and problems related to the establishment of a new world order, is considered separately. Стаття присвячена аналізу історичної ретроспективи та становленню феномену глобалізації, його впливу і значенню на сучасні світові політичні процеси. Актуальність роботи зумовлена наявністю достатньо широкого кола трактувань щодо різних аспектів феномену глобалізації. До кінця залишаються не проаналізовані сутність, механізми і наслідки цього явища. Метою статті є вивчення наукових сторін феномену глобалізації, проведення аналізу сучасних форм їх прояву та дослідження впливу процесу глобалізації на сфери життєдіяльності людства. Дослідження виконано з використанням методів системного, логічного, структурно-функціонального та соціально-політичного аналізу. Авторами аналізується поняття глобалізація та концепції його визначення. У статті розкриваються протиріччя провідних концепцій глобалізації, що стосуються, в першу чергу, визначення впливу останньої на подальший розвиток світу. В цьому контексті розглядаються концептуальні підходи неоліберальної глобалізації та її критиків. У статті авторами аналізуються протиріччя глобалізації у зв’язку з феноменом вестернізації. Зокрема, глобалізація розкривається як процес більш широкий ніж вестернізація і у всіх практичних сенсах він дорівнює процесу модернізації. Прихильники іншого підходу розглядають глобалізацію як розширену вестернізацію, поширення західного капіталізму та західних політичних інститутів. Особлива увага приділена об’єктивності і неминучості глобалізації. В цьому контексті виділяють дві течії: «революціонерів»-гіперглобалістів та прихильників еволюційного підходу. Все більш актуальним на сучасному етапі стає питання значення і подальшої ролі національної держави у глобалізаційних процесах. Окремо розглядається політична глобалізація, що спрямована на вивчення глобальних міжнародних політичних процесів і проблем, які пов’язані із встановленням нового світового порядку.
