Abstract

Relevance of the problem. The appeal to the consideration of the category «personality» from the point of view of its use in sociocultural research is more relevant than ever. First, personality is traditionally considered in the field of classical philosophy and psychology. Emphasizing the understanding of the individual as a kind of «monad», as a self-sufficient entity, scientists direct their attention to the study of the internal structure and essence of the individual. Accordingly, the subject of the study was stable characteristics of consciousness, abilities, motives, and the like, the compositions of which were considered as an invariant personality structure. The dynamics of the individual’s connections with the sociocultural environment, which was considered only a source of «external influences», remained outside the scope of the analysis. Secondly, in the social sciences, there are often references to the relationship «personalitysociety », «personality-culture». However, the nature, structure, and content of these relationships remain largely unexplored. In other words, the subject area of a person’s connections with the environment, the place, opportunities, and ways of self-realization of the individual in the context of these connections remain uncertain. Nevertheless, it is this subject area that is most relevant for a person and society in a situation of constant transformation in a modern complex and dynamic situation. Third, in modern sociohumanitarian knowledge, many studies are devoted to society, culture, and the topic of personality. They are built on different theoretical grounds, are characterized by different interpretations of the category «personality», heterogeneity of research programs – theoretical and experimental. However, there is still no synthesis of ideas about personality, which is necessary for solving problems characteristic of the current state of sociocultural research. Fourth, without a more detailed analysis of personality as a sociocultural synchronicity, it is impossible to develop a methodology for sociocultural research, which is an urgent need for a complexly organized modern society. The paper examines the convergence of a person to a person in the consciousness of society, the modern understanding of the individual in the system of socio-humanitarian knowledge. Attention is paid to the relationship between the following categories: «person» – «individual» – «individuality» – «personality». We are talking about the importance of the sociocultural in modern society. In the sociocultural context, the synchronous balance of personality is considered. Актуальність проблеми. Звернення до розгляду категорії «особистість» з точки зору її використання в соціокультурних дослідженнях актуально як ніколи. По-перше, особистість традиційно розглядається в сфері класичних філософії та психології. Підкреслюючи розуміння особистості як свого роду «монади», як самодостатньої сутності, вчені спрямовують свою увагу на вивчення внутрішньої структури та сутності особистості. Відповідно предметом дослідження були стійкі характеристики свідомості, здібностей, спонукань і тому подібного, композиції яких розглядалися як інваріантна структура особистості. За рамками аналізу залишалася динаміка зв’язків індивіда з соціокультурним оточенням, яке вважалося всього лише джерелом «зовнішніх впливів». По-друге, в соціальних науках часто зустрічаються вказівки на відносини «особистість-суспільство», «особистість-культура». Однак характер, структура, зміст цих відносин залишається значною мірою не дослідженим. Іншими словами, предметна область зв’язків людини з оточенням, місце, можливості, способи самореалізації особистості в контексті цих зв’язків залишаються невизначеними. Проте, саме ця предметна область в сучасній складної і динамічної ситуації є найбільш актуальною для людини, суспільства, що знаходяться в ситуації постійної трансформації. По-третє, в сучасному соціогуманітарному знанні саме суспільству, культурі, темі особистості присвячено безліч досліджень. Вони побудовані на різних теоретичних підставах, характеризуються різними трактуваннями категорії «особистість», різнорідністю дослідницьких програм – теоретичних і експериментальних. Однак досі відсутній синтез уявлень про особистість, необхідний для вирішення проблем, характерних для сучасного стану соціокультурних досліджень. По-четверте, без детальнішого аналізу особистості як синхронії соціокультурного, неможливо розробити методологію соціокультурного дослідження, що є нагальною потребою складноорганізованого сучасного суспільства. В роботі досліджено сходження людини до особистості у свідомості суспільства, сучасне розуміння особистості в системі соціогуманітарного знання. Приділена увага розгляду взаємозв’язків категорій: «людина» – «індивід» – «індивідуальність» – «особистість». Йдеться про значення соціокультурного в сучасному суспільстві. У контексті соціокультурного розглянуто синхронний баланс особистості.
