Напрями трансформації гендерних відносин в Україні у контексті Євроінтеграції

Abstract

Problem. In modern Ukraine, which is undergoing military aggression, changes are rapidly taking place in the system of all social relations, including gender relations. In particular, there is a possibility of strengthening and consolidating traditional views on the gender distribution of roles: a man is a "protector", a woman is a "coaster". On the other hand, Ukraine is taking significant steps towards joining the European society, where the main values are equality and the absence of restrictions and exceptions based on gender Purpose. Сlarify the socio-philosophical meaning of the concept of "gender relations", characterize the current state of gender relations in Ukraine and determine the directions of transformation of gender relations in Ukraine in the context of European integration. Methods and Results. To achieve the goal, the method of analysis was used, with the help of which the peculiarities of gender relations in modern Ukraine were singled out; a method of comparison to determine the ways of transformation of gender relations; synthesis method for identifying general trends in the field of gender relations; the forecasting method helped predict the main directions of transformation of gender relations in Ukraine in the context of European integration. Gender relations are a system of interaction between men and women, constructed by the main institutions of society, which is characterized by inequality and can be changed in order to build a society of equal rights and opportunities. In fact, gender relations are formed under the influence of state policy in relation to gender groups. The current state of gender relations in Ukraine is characterized by the insufficient representation of women at the highest levels of decision-making, the lower level of women's incomes, the prevalence of gender-based violence; the difficulties of women and men combining professional and family life, the significant influence of patriarchal gender stereotypes, etc. As a result of military aggression, changes will occur: the tendency to consolidate the traditional gender roles of the male part of the population (the man is a defender) will intensify, while women will be characterized by further egalitarianism (women are involved in service in the Armed Forces, volunteer work, will occupy positions vacated due to mobilization men). In the process of European integration, we should expect the active development of mechanisms for preventing and countering gender-based violence; expanding women's opportunities to participate in socio-economic life, the security and defense sector, involvement in post-war reconstruction; improving policies aimed at an efficient and flexible combination of professional and family life for women and men who have children. Актуальність проблеми. У сучасній Україні, що зазнає військової агресії, стрімко відбуються зміни у системі усіх соціальних відносин, у тому числі – й гендерних. Зокрема, існує ймовірність посилення та закріплення традиційних поглядів на гендерний розподіл ролей: чоловік – «захисник», жінка – «берегиня». З іншого боку – Україна робить значні кроки на шляху до входження у європейське товариство, де основними цінностями є рівність та відсутність обмежень і винятків за ознакою статі. Мета – уточнити соціально-філософський зміст поняття «гендерні відносини», охарактеризувати сучасний стан гендерних відносин в Україні та визначити напрями трансформації гендерних відносин в Україні у контексті євроінтеграції. Методи дослідження. Для досягнення поставленої мети використано метод аналізу, за допомогою якого виокремлено особливості гендерних відносин у сучасній Україні; метод порівняння для визначення шляхів трансформації гендерних взаємин; метод синтезу для виявлення загальних тенденцій у сфері гендерних відносин; метод прогнозування допоміг передбачити основні напрями трансформації гендерних відносин в Україні у контексті євроінтеграції. Результати дослідження. Гендерні відносини – система взаємодії чоловіків та жінок, сконструйована основними інститутами суспільства, що характеризується нерівністю та може бути змінена з метою побудови суспільства рівних прав та можливостей. Фактично, гендерні відносини формуються під впливом державної політики по відношенню до гендерних груп. Сучасний стан гендерних відносин в Україні характеризується недостатнім представництвом жінок на вищих рівнях прийняття рішень, нижчим рівнем доходів жінок, розповсюдженістю гендерно обумовленого насильства; труднощами поєднання жінками та чоловіками професійного й сімейного життя, значним впливом патріархальних гендерних стереотипів тощо. Як наслідок військової агресії, відбуватимуться зміни: посилюватиметься тенденція до закріплення традиційних гендерних ролей чоловічої частини населення (чоловік – захисник), у той час як для жінок характерним буде подальша егалітаризація (жінки залучені до служби у ЗСУ, волонтерської роботи, посідатимуть вивільнені посади внаслідок мобілізації чоловіків). У процесі євроінтеграції варто очікувати активну розбудову механізмів запобігання та протидії гендерно зумовленому насильству; розширення можливостей жінок для участі у соціально-економічному житті, секторі безпеки і оборони, залучення до післявоєнного відновлення; удосконалення політики, спрямованої та ефективне та гнучке поєднання професійного та сімейного життя для жінок та чоловіків, які мають дітей.
