Політична пропаганда як один із найефективніших засобів формування громадської думки

Abstract

Nowadays, the problem of propaganda is obtained the great relevance, particularly, when Ukraine is mentioned today. It is caused by the civil thought that has a significant part of establishment and development European political system. So, it appears the necessity to find out the means of influence to this idea. One of the most powerful tools is propaganda, but in more detailed the political propaganda is considered. The purpose of this study is to explore a problem of using political propaganda, as a tool of influence over people, that it occurs during the war period. According to the research methodology and outcome, the term of political propaganda is explored in this paper. The samples of positive and negative political propaganda are proposed. The research novelty and practical significance are connected with the analysis of political propaganda examples. Propaganda influences on the formation of political thought, which, in turn, influences on the interaction between authority and community, it has a great significance in the process of public administration, it plays a major role in election campaigns. The result indicates that anyone can be under the influence. At the same time propaganda has both positive and negative coloring. Everything depends on the final aim, who use such type of interaction with community. The purpose of this study, the character and methods of political propaganda reveal its main point. But any propaganda is a kind of thoughts manipulation or a way to encourage to certain actions for realization of well-planned political interests. Political propaganda exists independently of the authority mode. And permanent informatization of the community leads to that political propaganda develops and uses the most different possibilities. The further research is required to find out the comprehensive research understanding of political propaganda and a certain analysis of its influence in the world today. Питання пропаганди набуло найбільшої актуальність у наш час, особливо, коли мова йде про Україну сьогодні. Все це зумовлено тим, що громадська думка посідає важливе місце у становленні та розвитку європейської політичної системи. Тому з’являється необхідність в пошуках засобів впливу на цю думку. Одним із інструментів впливу є пропаганда, але якщо розглядати детально, то саме політична пропаганда. Метою нашого дослідження є проблема використання політичної пропаганди, як інструменту впливу на людей, що набуває загострення в період війни. Щодо методології та результативності дослідження, то в статті розглянуто поняття політичної пропаганди, як ефективного засобу впливу на формування громадської думки. Наведено приклади позитивного та негативного забарвлення політичної пропаганди. Новизна та практичне значення наукового дослідження полягає в аналізі прикладів політичної пропаганди. Зауважимо, що пропаганда впливає на формування громадської думки, яка в свою чергу впливає на взаємодію влади та суспільства, має значення у процесі державного управління, відіграє важливу роль у виборчих кампаніях. Можемо зробити висновок, що будь-хто підпадає під когорту людей, на яку намагаються вплинути. В той же час пропаганда може мати, як позитивне, та і негативне забарвлення. Все залежить від остаточної мети того, хто використовує такий вид взаємодії з громадськістю. Сутність політичної пропаганди розкривають мета, характер та способи її реалізації. Але будь-яка пропаганда є своєрідною маніпуляцією думками або способом підштовхнути до певних дій задля реалізації запланованих політичних інтересів. Політична пропаганда існує незалежно від режиму влади. А постійна інформатизація суспільства призводить до того, що політична пропаганда розвивається і використовує найрізноманітніші можливості. Подальшого дослідження потребує комплексне наукове осмислення політичної пропаганди та аналіз її впливу в сучасному світі.
