Abstract

In the conditions of globalization of international contacts, future teachers must be open to interaction with the outside world, which implies the acquisition of communicative competence in a foreign language, which is not only a means of communication, but also a tool for increasing ones’ professional level. First of all, it is an opportunity to attend international conferences, exchange experience, and obtain professional information. That is why at the current stage of the development of society and in the conditionsofUkraine’sintegrationintothe Europeanspace, the requirementsfor future specialists are increasing, which require not only a high level of knowledge and skills in their profession, but also mastery of a foreign language. Learning a foreign language becomes an integral component of education, and mastering the English language is not only an indicator of a person’s high cultural level, but also a guarantee of their successfulprofessional activity. In viewof this, the problemof the formation of foreign language communicative competence of students of pedagogical specialties has become particularly relevant and has become the subject of a number of scientific studies.
