Психологічні особливості життєвих домагань майбутніх учителів

Abstract

Робота присвячена вивченню життєвих домагань майбутніх учителів. На основі аналізу наукової літератури та досліджень встановлено, що життєві домагання студентської молоді, що виявляються в контексті обраного напрямку професійної діяльності, пов’язані зі всім спектром характеристик особистості, які є новоутвореннями юнацького віку, та змістовно відтворюють модель майбутнього життя, включаючи усвідомлення значущості різних сфер життєдіяльності та оцінку перспективи життєвої самореалізації. В емпіричному дослідженні встановлено основні тенденції змін у життєвих домаганнях студентів-педагогів у період навчання та надано їх змістовну характеристику; розкрито систему взаємозв’язків життєвих домагань з певними властивостями особистості. The dissertation research is dedicated to study life claims of future teachers. On the basis of the scientific literature and research revealed that life demands of students, that appears in the context of the chosen direction of professional activities related to the whole range of personality characteristics, which are innovations of adolescence and meaningfully reflect the model of a future life, including awareness of importance of various spheres of life and assess the prospects of life fulfillment. In an empirical research is established the main trends in the life claims of student-teachers during their training and provided substantial characteristic; examined the relationships of life claims on certain properties of the individual. There are psychological features of persons who differ in the choice spheres of life: "family relationship", "professional self-actualization", "material wealth", "communication", "creative self- actualization" and "pro-social functioning”. A psycho-educational program to optimize the life claims, which is aimed at understanding the students-teachers of their capabilities, needs and priorities in life, develop skills of goal setting and planning for the future life. Alaborated and approved program showed positive changes both in recognizing the vital aspirations and to develop personality traits that are associated with them.
