Самореалізація особистості в освітньому просторі

Abstract

Дисертація присвячена одній із актуальних проблем філософії освіти – дослідженню процесів самореалізації особистості в освітньому просторі. У роботі розкрито природу та механізми самореалізації особистості як унікальної цілісності, що виступає одночасно суб’єктом і власного творення, і трансформації соціального і освітнього середовища; визначено сутність, особливості, механізми самореалізації особистості у контексті становлення «суспільства освіти», встановлено парадигмальні філософсько-освітні засади зазначеного процесу, обґрунтовано сутність взаємодії соціальних та освітніх складових досліджуваного процесу, основу якої складає зростання значущості освітніх механізмів самореалізації у процесі формування «суспільства освіти» та ускладнення соціального змісту визначення смисложиттєвих пріоритетів особистості у контексті становлення проективно-моделюючих функцій освітньої сфери. The dissertation is devoted one of actual problems of philosophy of formation – to research of processes of self-realisation of the person in educational space. Given dissertation is the research which methodology modern philosophical theories define directions. The greatest value positions about personal measurement of life and existential problems of the person, character of human essence, a life as have spheres of self-actualisation of the individual. Research is the important step to creation of conceptual principles of designing of practical models of self-realisation of the person to teaching and educational process with use of heuristic potential of a postclassical philosophic-educational paradigm. The carried out research allows to specify and systematise practical directions of reforming of educational space in Ukraine, co-ordinating it humane characteristics with existing European and the world standards, first of all in the field of transition to developing methodology and technology of the organisation of educational process.
