Підготовка менеджерів освіти до роботи з громадськими організаціями в умовах післядипломної освіти

Abstract

У дисертації вперше визначено сутність феномена «підготовленість менеджерів освіти до роботи з громадськими організаціями в умовах післядипломної освіти», як результат підготовки менеджерів освіти до роботи з громадськими організаціями в умовах післядипломної освіти, зумовлений інтеграцією мотиваційної, когнітивної, процесуально-діяльнісної складових задля забезпечення якості освіти на засадах державно-громадського управління. Визначено критерії з їх показниками, схарактеризовано рівні підготовленості менеджерів освіти до роботи з громадськими організаціями; визначено, науково обґрунтовано та експериментально апробовано педагогічні умови, модель і методику підготовки менеджерів освіти до роботи з громадськими організаціями в умовах післядипломної освіти. In this dissertation for the first time the essence of phenomenon «readiness of education managers for working with public organizations in postgraduate education» is defined. It is defined as a result of training of education managers for working with public organizations in postgraduate education stipulated by integration of motivative, cognitive, procedurally-active components to ensure quality of education on the basis of state and public management. The criteria are defined (motivative, cognitive, procedurally-active) with their indicators; levels of training of education managers for working with public organizations are characterized (high, sufficient, intermediate, low); pedagogical conditions (creation of information and methodological resources to provide training programs for managers of education for working with public organizations; contribution to development of learning environment on the basis of image-making technologies) are scientificaly grounded and experimentaly approbated; the model and methodology of education manager training for working with public organizations in postgraduate education is defined. Materials of research were implemented in a special course «Basics of work of education managers with public organizations» which was introduced on the final stage of the experiment.
