«Ноосферна» концепція як синтетична модель сучасного суспільства

Abstract

The article determines that for modern world society, the presence of the "Information Web" is already a stable representation of the communicative mobility of all social processes, although the process of information globalization of the Planet is integrally conditioned by the directly existing socio-cultural "Mental Web" – the "Noosphere". On the basis of considering the concept of "Noosphere" and understanding it as an information system, and in fact a socio-cultural model with a structurally determined distribution of elements, the urgency of the necessary attention to this projection is manifested, and, especially, from the understanding of modern society as an Information society, functional traditional and " information-virtual" principles of society, which are a conceptual combination, and there is a need to pay attention to model forms as a synthetic model for modern society. The purpose of the study is to consider the traditional to modern semantic content of the space "Noosphere" and create an idea of its relationship with the "Mental space" of the information society. To identify conceptual foundations from models of society and to justify the "noosphere" concept as a modern synthetic model. Methods and approaches are used in the research: Based on the goal and tasks, we believe that the socio-historical space of society is "mentally-structured" (similar to the space "Noosphere"), the provisions of post-postmodernism are used to identify the socio-cultural characteristics of modern society; systemic, structural-functional methods, synergistic approach are used to analyze social and informational processes; in accordance with the methodological proposition that, if the rationality of intelligent technologies allows the realization of theories about the ordering of social life, then "any single social choice can be unpredictable, while the behavior of the aggregate can be outlined as clearly as triangles in geometry" , it is especially important to accept the methodological principles of semiotic-semantic pluralism as the mathematical level of the measurement of "Logorithmetization" – the relationship of Signs and Symbols. The Results reveal the proposition that there is a need to consider the content of the concept "Noosphere" as a certain synthetic model (through the prism of the space of the modern information society) based on the separation of components-concepts: "Theoretical concepts" (and these are mental constructs, where God, man and the noosphere – these are dialectically identical components of the Cosmos system); "Practical Concepts" (as a result of "dialogues with the Noosphere and numerous experiments, it was established that the Noosphere is an information system that stores information created by intelligence-mind, and the Noosphere is capable of thinking at the theoretical and practical levels, modeling various information programs, etc., and , in particular, has informational results on various issues of the life of society", from which it follows that the "material" society does not fully create the conditions for the formation of truly human qualities, and society must be considered from the spiritual plane); "Theoretical and practical concepts" – in the Synthesis (determine the main thing: formally, the noosphere is a global space of Information Circulation; the noosphere is an artificially formed virtual cultural space in the culture of traditional understanding (in relation to its origins); modern society is predominantly "informational" more, than "spiritual"). Concept – A synthetic model of modern society can be a projection built exactly like a Concept – from the actual key provisions of the Noosphere and Theories of the Information Society. On the basis of the conceptual provisions of our research – the idea of the "Noosphere" concept as a synthetic model of the modern information society, in the space of which relationships and principles of mutual relations, which are created and formed – take place between the "Technosphere" and the "Psychosphere" on the basis of "signs" – forms symbols (as information), it is possible to offer a more complete synthetic model at different conceptual and projection levels: Model as Ideal; Theoretical; Practical. In the conclusions, the main idea is that the Noosphere is a modeled "information-sign subculture", it is an "Artificially constructed" social space, like the Information Virtual Society – with a common semiotic content and semantic meaning. The "noosphere" concept can be understood as a synthetic model of the modern information society, in the space of which relationships take place between the "Technosphere" and the "Psychosphere" on the basis of "signs" – the form of symbols (as information). In the perspective of further investigations, the opinion is made that in the modern socio-cultural space, the models-concepts provided, which are proposed, about the modern – as well as in the future, information-virtual society, partially correspond to the ideas about the future social state based on the development of information technologies, which determines the need for further scientific understanding of this issue. У статті визначається, що на засадах розгляду концепту «Ноосфери» та розуміння в якості інформаційної системи-а фактично соціокультурної моделі із структурно-обумовленим розподіленням елементів, і проявляється. Актуальність необхідної уваги до даної проекції, і, особливо, із розуміння сучасного суспільства як Інформаційного суспільства, функціональних традиційних та «інформаційно-віртуальних» принципів суспільства, які є концептуальним поєднанням, і виникає необхідність уваги до модельних форм як синтетичної моделі для сучасного суспільства. Метою дослідження є розгляд від традиційного до сучасного смислового наповнення змісту простору «Ноосфера» та створення уявлення про співвідношення його із «Ментальним простором» інформаційного суспільства. Виявити концептуальні засади із моделей суспільства та обґрунтувати «ноосферну» концепцію як сучасну синтетичну модель. У дослідженні застосовуються методи та підходи: Виходячи із мети та завдань вважаємо, що соціально-історичний простір суспільства є «ментально-структурованим» (в подібності до простору «Ноосфера»), для виявлення соціокультурних характеристик сучасного суспільства застосовуються положення пост-постмодернізму; для аналізу соціально-інформаційних процесів застосовуються системний, структурно-функціональний методи, синергетичний підхід; у згоді із методичним положенням, що особливо важливим є прийняття методичних принципів семіотико-семантичного плюралізму як математичного рівня виміру «Логорифметизації» – взаємовідношень Знаків та Символів. В Результатах розкриваються положення, що є необхідність розглядати зміст концепції «Ноосфера» як певну синтетичну модель (через призму простору сучасного інформаційного супільства) на основі виокремлення компонентів-концептів: «Теоретичні концепти»; «Практичні концепти»; «Теоретичні та практичні концепти» – в Синтезі (обумовлюють головне: формально ноосфера є глобальним простором Циркуляції інформації; ноосфера є штучно утвореним віртуально-культурним простором в культурі традиційного розуміння (по відношенню до її витоків); сучасний соціум в переважності «інформаційний» більше, чим «духовний»). В висновках проводиться головна думка, що що Ноосфера – це змодельована «інформаційно-знакова субкультура», є «Штучно сконструйованим» соціальним простором як і Інформаційне віртуальне суспільство – із загальним для них семіотичним змістом та семантичним сенсом. «Ноосферну» концепцію можливо розуміти як Синтетичну модель сучасного-інформаційного суспільства, у просторі якого взаємовідношення відбуваються між «Техносферою» і «Психосферою» на засадах «знаків» – форми символів (як інформації). В перспективах подальших розвідок проводиться думка, що в сучасному соціокультурному просторі надані моделі-концепції, які запропоновані, про сучасне – як і в подальшому, інформаційно-віртуальне суспільство, частково відповідають уявленням про майбутній суспільний стан на основі розвитку інформаційних технологій, що обумовлює необхідність подальшого наукового осмислення даної проблематики.
