Abstract

The article examines the influence of internal political processes on the foreign policy of the Russian Federation at the time of independence. Therefore, the purpose of the article is to determine the influence of internal political processes on the foreign policy of the Russian Federation during the period of independence. The consequences of the collapse of the USSR for the pro-government elite of Moscow are revealed. The reasons and consequences of the construction of an authoritarian regime in the Russian Federation are clarified. The ideological foundations of the Kremlin’s foreign policy are analyzed. The causes and possible consequences of the Ukrainian-Russian war are determined. It was noted that the collapse of the USSR was a natural phenomenon. As of 1991, this corresponded to the interests of the Communist elite of the Kremlin, opposed to M. Gorbachev. It was established that the coming to power of V. Putin was a natural phenomenon for the post-Soviet society. In the absence of transformational changes, the authoritarian regime was restored. Domestic political processes destroyed opposition centers in the country and provoked an aggressive foreign policy. The elite of the “old formation” set the goal of reviving the USSR through geopolitical struggle.Having suffered a defeat, it moved to open military occupation of the countries of the post-Soviet space. The struggle of the Russian Federation for influence in the post-Soviet space was accompanied by a “dirty” information campaign, active support of the Russian Orthodox Church for the criminal actions of the progovernment elite of the Russian Federation. The goal is to zombify one’s own population in order to establish an authoritarian regime, to create in Russian society the image of an external and internal enemy necessary for the Kremlin, to discredit Ukraine, the USA, the EU and NATO in the Russian Federation and the world. The restrained position of the USA and NATO regarding the imperialist ambitions of the Russian Federation led to: the occupation of certain territories of Georgia; war against Ukraine; confrontation of the Russian Federation with the USA, the EU and NATO; put the world on the brink of the Third World War. The collective support of Ukraine by the Euro-Atlantic community is the only possible scenario for saving society from further escalation of Russian aggression in the post-Soviet space. У статті досліджуються впливи внутрішньополітичних процесів на зовнішню політику РФ в часи незалежності. Тому метою статті є визначити вплив внутрішньо-політичних процесів на зовнішню політику РФ в період незалежності. Розкриваються наслідки розпаду СРСР для провладної еліти Москви. З’ясовуються причини і наслідки побудови авторитарного режиму у РФ. Аналізуються ідеологічні засади зовнішньої політики Кремля. Визначаються причини і можливі наслідки українсько-російської війни. Відзначено, що розпад СРСР був закономірним явищем. Станом на 1991 р. це відповідало інтересам опозиційної до М. Горбачова комуністичної еліти Кремля. Встановлено, що прихід до влади В. Путіна було закономірним явищем для пострадянського суспільства. За відсутності трансформаційних змін відбулась реставрація авторитарного режиму. Внутрішньополітичні процеси знищили опозиційні центри в країні і спровокували агресивну зовнішню політику. Еліта «старої формації» поставила ціль відродити СРСР шляхом геополітичної боротьби. Потерпівши поразку, перейшла до відвертої військової окупації країн пострадянського простору. Боротьба РФ за вплив на пострадянському просторі супроводжувалась «брудною» інформаційною кампанією, активною підтримкою РПЦ злочинних дій провладної еліти РФ. Мета – зомбування власного населення для ствердження авторитарного режиму, створення в російському суспільстві потрібного для Кремля образу зовнішнього і внутрішнього ворога, дискредитація України, США, ЄС і НАТО у РФ і світі. Стримана позиція США і НАТО щодо імперіалістичних амбіцій РФ призвела до: окупації окремих територій Грузії; війни проти України; протистояння РФ із США, ЄС та НАТО; поставила світ на порозі Третьої світової війни. Колективна підтримка Євроатлантичною спільнотою України є єдиним можливим сценарієм порятунку суспільства від подальшої ескалації агресії РФ на пострадянському просторі.
