Волонтерський рух України в умовах військової агресії

Abstract

The article presents the review and analysis the features of the volunteer movement and the main provisions regarding its functioning as the foundation of civil society. The specifics of the volunteer movement in Ukraine in the conditions of the military conflict have been clarified. Some important issues are brought up for discussion, such as the issue of legal regulation of volunteer associations and the importance of them acquiring legal status, which increases the effectiveness of such organizations. The activity of volunteers is the main factor for the establishment and effective development of civil society. It embodies the best and brightest desires of humanity – the desire for freedom and peace, security and justice for all people. And that is why our state should promote the comprehensive development of both volunteer organizations and the movement as a whole. Volunteer activity is extremely relevant and important for our country. In Ukraine, politicians are doing everything possible to develop and flourish the volunteer movement within the country. Parliament supports the creation of additional guarantees and opportunities for volunteers in wartime conditions. In modern science, the Volunteer movement is understood as a charitable activity carried out by individuals on the basis of non-profit activity, without salary, without promotion, for the sake of the well-being and prosperity of communities and society. However, in order for volunteer organizations to operate at their full potential, they need to be supported at the state level. In Ukraine, politicians are doing everything possible to develop and flourish the volunteer movement within the country. Parliament supports the creation of additional guarantees and opportunities for volunteers in wartime conditions. In our opinion, this article is more relevant than ever for today, because it focuses on the volunteer movement as a driving force for building a democratic Ukrainian space and the importance of this movement for the development of civil society. У статті представлено огляд та аналіз особливостей волонтерського руху та основних положень щодо його функціонування як основи громадянського суспільства. З’ясовано специфіку волонтерського руху в Україні в умовах військового конфлікту. На обговорення виносяться такі важливі питання, як питання правового регулювання діяльності волонтерських об’єднань та важливості набуття ними юридичного статусу, що підвищує ефективність роботи таких організацій. Діяльність волонтерів є основним чинником для заснування й ефективного розвитку громадянського суспільства. Вона втілює в себе найкращі та найсвітліші бажання людства – бажання свободи та миру, захищеності та справедливості для усіх людей. І тому наша держава повинна сприяти всебічному розвитку як і волонтерських організацій, так і руху в цілому. Для нашої країни волонтерська діяльність є надзвичайно актуальною та важливою. У сучасній науці Волонтерський рух розуміють як доброчинну діяльність, яка здійснюється фізичними особами на засадах неприбуткової діяльності, без заробітної плати, без просування по службі, заради добробуту та процвітання спільнот і суспільства. Проте для того щоб волонтерські організації діяли на весь свій потенціал їх потрібно підтримувати на державному рівні. В Україні політичні діячі роблять все можливе, щоб волонтерський рух всередині країни розвивався та процвітав. Парламент підтримує створення додаткових гарантій та можливостей для волонтерів в умовах війни. На нашу думку, ця стаття є як ніколи актуальною для сьогодення, оскільки вона присвячена волонтерському руху як рушійній силі розбудови демократичного українського простору та важливості цього руху для розвитку громадянського суспільства.
