Соціальна безпека: виклики в умовах політичної нестабільності українського суспільства

Abstract

The article examines the essence of the concept of social security in the context of conditions and realities of political instability. The study focuses on the multifaceted interpretation of this concept and the broad possibilities of its interdisciplinary application. The authors summarized the essence and features of ensuring social security in the context of modern political realities of the Ukrainian state. The article describes the main challenges and threats to the social security of the state in conditions of political instability. Social security is analyzed as an important component of the state’s national security. The author summarizes the essence of social security and its importance in the social and political life of Ukraine. Social security is considered as a system of protection of the social needs of the interests of the individual and society in general. The social policy of any democratic state aims to ensure an adequate level of human social security. The author interprets social security as a universal system of providing social protection and supporting life activities. The author considered the main social risks and threats to social security in the context of new domestic political realities under the conditions of the declaration of martial law. Social risks and dangers pose a real threat to security at the state level. The article states that in today’s conditions, risks in the field of national security are constantly growing. Social policy in the conditions of socio-political crises and military-political instability is subjected to an additional burden, and the solution of urgent security issues requires finding effective ways to solve them. The generalizations of the author of the article make it possible to determine the risks to social security of Ukrainian society in the context of modern political changes, to generalize the tools for ensuring social security in conditions of political instability. The difficult situation in the national security system of Ukraine actualizes the need for social security of the population and the search for ways to provide it. The author of the article points to a significant deterioration in the quality of life of the population and an increase in the level of social tension and social conflict. The author of the article notes that the population’s need for social and humanitarian support is growing in the context of the crisis. У статті розглядається сутність поняття соціальна безпека в контексті умов і реалій політичної нестабільності. У дослідженні сконценторовано увагу на багатоаспектному трактуванні цього поняття і широких можливостях міждисциплінарного його застосування. Авторкою узагальнено особливості забезпечення соціальної безпеки у контексті сучасних політичних реалій української держави. Соціальна безпека аналізується як важлива складова національної безпеки держави. Авторкою узагальнено сутність соціальної безпеки і її значення у суспільно-політичному житті України. У статті розглянуто основні виклики і загрози соціальній безпеці держави в умовах політичної нестабільності. Соціальна безпека розглядається як система захисту соціальних потребі інтересів особи і суспільства загалом. Соціальна політика будь-якої демократичної держави має за мету забезпечення належного рівня соціальної безпеки людини. Авторка трактує соціальну безпеку як універсальну систему забезпечення соціального захисту і підтримки життєдіяльності. Авторкою охарактеризовано основні соціальні ризики і загрози соціальній безпеці в контексті нових внутрішньополітичних реалій в умовах проголошення воєнного стану. Соціальні ризики і небезпеки становлять реальну загрозу безпеці на державному рівні. В статті йдеться про те, що в умовах сьогодення ризики у сфері національної безпеки невпинно зростають. Соціальна політика в умовах суспільно-політичних криз і військово-політичної нестабільності зазнає додаткового навантаження, а вирішення нагальних безпекових питань потребує пошуку ефективних шляхів їх вирішення. Узагальнення дослідження дозволяють визначити ризики соціальній безпеці українського суспільства у контексті сучасних політичних змін, узагальнити інструменти забезпечення соціальної безпеки в умовах політичної нестабільності. Складна ситуація в системі національної безпеки України актуалізує потребу соціальної безпеки населення і пошуку шляхів її реального забезпечення. Авторка статті вказує на суттєве погіршення якості життя населення та зростання рівня соціальної напруженості й соціальної конфліктності, а також зазначає, що в умовах кризи зростає потреба населення в соціальній і гуманітарній підтримці.
