Політичний конфлікт і політична криза держави як чинники політичної трансформації

Abstract

The authors summarized the essence of the concepts «political conflict» and «political crisis». The study considered political crisis and political conflict as complex and ambiguous categories. The political crisis as a state in the state and the conflictology as a science, which allows to understand the essence of the political crisis in the social aspect, are investigated. The political crisis of the state is considered as a sharp aggravation of socio-political contradictions, the result of which is a violation of the stability and normal development of society. The article analyzes that the crisis is a secondary phenomenon derived from contradictions and conflicts. Any crisis or conflict situation in the political sphere can lead to catastrophic consequences in society. Political conflict affects the basis of any political system – state institutions. The authors provide a classification of crises that are most typical for transitional societies, to which Ukraine belongs. The article analyzes the essence of the concepts of governmental, parliamentary, and party crisis as a phenomenon of the political life of a democratic society. The authors generalize that a political crisis is always a consequence of disorganization, destabilization of the political system. An attempt was made to consider the political crisis as a factor of political transformation. The authors make an attempt to study the very nature of political crises and ways of solving them, how they differ from other crises. Political conflict, based on the stages of its formation, can determine the conditions of the crisis. The authors reveal the positive consequences of political conflicts and crises. The article summarizes that political conflict can be an impetus for social changes in society, contribute to the formation of social balance. The political crisis of the state is considered by the authors as an aggravation of socio-political contradictions, the result of which is a violation of the stability and normal development of society. In the article, the authors consider the political crisis of the state as a factor in the transformation of society, a condition for its development from a state of uncertainty and instability to a state of stable democratic functioning. Авторами узагальнено сутність понять «політичний конфлікт» і «політична криза», розглянуто ці категорії як складні і неоднозначні у сучасній політичній науці. Політична криза держави розглядається авторами як загострення соціально-політичних протиріч, результатом якого є порушення стабільності та нормального розвитку суспільства. Досліджено політичну кризу як стан у державі, та конфліктологію як науку, що дає змогу зрозуміти суть політичної кризи у соціально-політичному аспекті. У статті проаналізовано, що криза є вторинним, похідним явищем від суперечностей і конфліктів. Будь-яка кризова чи конфліктна ситуація у політичній сфері може призвести до катастрофічних наслідків у суспільстві. Політичний конфлікт зачіпає основу будь-якої політичної системи – державні інститути. Авторами наведено класифікацію криз, які є найбільш типовими для перехідних суспільств, до яких відноситься Україна. У статті проаналізовано сутність понять урядової, парламентської, партійної кризи як явища політичного життя дкмократичного суспільства. Автори узагальнюють, що політична криза завжди є наслідком дезорганізації, дестабілізації політичної системи. Зроблено спробу розглянути політичну кризу як чинник політичної трансформації. Політичний конфлікт, виходячи з етапів його формування, може визначати умови протікання кризи. Автори розкривають і позитивні наслідки політичних конфліктів і криз. У статті узагальнено, що політичний конфлікт може бути поштовхом до соціальних змін у суспільстві, сприяти формуванню соціальної рівноваги. Політична криза держави розглянута авторами як загострення соціально-політичних протиріч, результатом якого є порушення стабільності та нормального розвитку суспільства.
