Технології політичного маніпулювання та їх вплив на громадську думку в сучасних політичних процесах

Abstract

The article examines the essence of the technology of political manipulation and features of the influence of manipulative technologies on the state of public opinion. The authors considered popular methods of political manipulation of public opinion. The article defines the trends in the functioning of modern civil society of Ukraine in the context of the dynamics of modern political processes. The public opinion of modern society is partly formed under manipulative influence. This study of the place and role of technologies of political manipulation using the methods of analysis, theoretical generalization, systematization, comparison, and forecasting open new horizons for the scientific substantiation of the functional purpose and features of their use in modern political processes. Political technologies combine the components of rational and irrational. Manipulation of people’s consciousness is an integral element of political influence, creating the image of a political force or leaders. Мanipulation can be considered an integral element of socio-political management and the struggle for power. The reasons for the emergence of manipulative technologies are the need for an effective way to implement practical goals that are faced by participants in the political process. The article states that the formation of new trends in the use of manipulative technologies in modern power processes continues. The authors make an attempt to investigate the changes and outline new vectors of the development of manipulative technologies. Public opinion should be freed from manipulative political influences as much as possible. This contributes to the further formation and sustainable development of civil society in Ukraine. A characteristic feature of modern Ukrainian civil society is the acquisition of new features that secure an important role in the system of countering manipulative influences. The authors single out the technologies of social interaction, partnership and dialogue, with the help of which a stable connection between the power structures and the public is established. У статті розглядається сутність технології політичного маніпулювання та особливості вливу маніпулятивних технологій на стан громадської думки. Охарактеризовано поширені прийоми політичного маніпулювання громадською думкою. Визначено тенденції функціонування сучасного громадянського суспільства України в контексті динаміки сучасних політичних процесів. Частково, саме під маніпулятивним впливом формується громадська думка сучасного суспільства. Саме тому дослідження місця і ролі технологій політичного маніпулювання методами аналізу, теортеричного узагальнення, систематизації, порівняння, прогнозування розкривають нові горизонти для наукового обґрунтування функціонального призначення і особливостей їх використання в сучасних політичних процесах. Політичні технології поєднують у собі елементи раціонального і ірраціонального. Маніпулювання свідомістю людей є невід’ємною складовою політичного впливу, створення іміджу окремих політичних сил чи лідерів. Маніпуляцію можна вважати невід’ємним елементом суспільно-політичного управління та боротьби за владу. Причинами появи маніпулятивних технологій є необхідність ефективного способу реалізації практичних цілей, які постають перед учасниками політичного процесу. У статті констатується, що в умовах сьогодення продовжується формування нових тенденцій використання маніпулятивних технологій у сучасних владних процесах. Автори роблять спробу дослідити зміни та окреслити нові вектори розвитку маніпулятивних технологій.Громадська думка має бути максимально вивільнена від маніпулятивних політичних впливів. Це сприятиме подальшому становленню і стійкому розвитку громадянського суспільства в Україні. Характерною рисою сучасного українського громадянського суспільства є набуття ним нових ознак, які забезпечують важливу роль у системі протидії маніпулятивним впливам. Автори виокремлюють технології соціальної взаємодії, партнерства та діалогу, за допомогою яких встановлюється стійкий зв’язок між владними структурами та громадськістю.
