Формування педагогічної культури батьків дітей раннього віку в умовах дошкільного навчального закладу

Abstract

Дисертація присвячена дослідженню педагогічної культури сім’ї як осередку первинного виховання дітей раннього віку. Розкрито сутність феномену «педагогічна культура батьків дітей раннього віку», визначено його структуру, що складається з комунікативного, пізнавального і рефлексивного компонентів. Обґрунтовано педагогічні умови її формування в дошкільному навчальному закладі: підготовка вихователів груп раннього віку до формування педагогічної культури батьків; навчання батьків особливостям педагогічно ефективного виховання й розвитку дітей раннього віку; створення системи взаємодії батьків і вихователів щодо виховання й розвитку дітей раннього віку в умовах сім’ї та ДНЗ. Досліджено стан роботи дошкільних навчальних закладів з формування педагогічної культури батьків дітей раннього віку.The research focuses on the problem of family pedagogical culture as the first step of junior preschool-age children education. The contents of the pheno-menon “pedagogical culture of preschool-age children’s parents” has been de-fined. The structure of this phenomenon which comprises three components: communicative, cognitive and reflexive has been revealed. The pedagogical conditions of developing pedagogical culture of preschool-age children’s parents (training of the junior groups educators to the parents’ pedagogical culture development and further direction of their self-education, teaching the peculiarities of pedagogical junior preschool-age children education and development to parents, formation of the teacher-parent cooperation as to the preschool-age children education and development in the family and in the preschool institution) have been theoretically grounded and practically elabo-rated. The state of the preschool institutions’ work on developing pedagogical culture of preschool-age children’s parents has been analysed.
