Трансформація іміджу України в умовах євроінтеграційних процесів на тлі військового конфлікту з Російською Федерацією

Abstract

У статті розглянуто процеси трансформації політичного іміджу України в контексті перебігу активної фази військового конфлікту з Російською Федерацією. Тенденції розвитку сучасних міжнародних відносин актуалізували конструювання зовнішнього іміджу України як важливої компоненти євроінтеграційного поступу. Конфліктогенність політичного середовища лише підсилює значимість іміджевих позицій для отримання бажаних результатів та реалізації конкретної політичної волі. Метою статті є висвітлення особливостей і векторів трансформації сприйняття іміджу України в контексті інтеграції в європейське співтовариство в умовах військової агресії з боку Російської Федерації. У процесі підготовки статті було використано такі методи: аналіз, синтез, абстрагування, культурологічний, аналітичний, системний методи. Виокремлюються особливості набуття Україною нових іміджевих характеристик, як-то: самоорганізація та консолідація громадянського суспільства, конструювання власного національного наративу та поширення бренду «Україна»; акцентується на цифровізації державного управління й отримання державних послуг громадянами як прогресивному напрямі розвитку. Здійснено спробу висвітлення повномасштабного вторгнення Російської Федерації як одного з каталізаторів зближення України та Європейського Союзу. Проаналізовано складники багатоаспектності війни, яка ускладнює процес забезпечення безпеки нашої держави, адже вимагає захисту не лише територіальної цілісності, а й інформаційного простору та трансльованого через нього іміджу України у сприйнятті світового співтовариства. Наведено приклади російської пропаганди з метою зруйнувати довіру до громадян України з боку світової спільноти та фабрикування значної кількості повідомлень. Окреслено події 2022 р. і рішення державної влади, які безпосередньо посприяли позитивному іміджуванню України та підкреслили її європейську орієнтованість. Розкрито двоїстість суспільного сприйняття місця України в євроінтеграційних процесах: з одного боку, відбулися зміни в уявленнях європейської спільноти в напрямі схвалення зближення з нашою державою, а з іншого – уперше за багато років дослідження демонструють абсолюту підтримку вступу до Європейського Союзу та Північноатлантичного альянсу (НАТО). The article examines the processes of transformation of the political image of Ukraine in the context of the active phase of the military conflict with the Russian Federation. The trends in the development of modern international relations have actualized the construction of Ukraine’s external image as an important component of European integration progress. The conflictogenicity of the political environment only strengthens the importance of image positions for obtaining the desired results and realizing a specific political will. The purpose of the article is to highlight the features and vectors of transformation of the perception of the image of Ukraine in the context of integration into the European community in the conditions of military aggression by the Russian Federation. The methods used in the preparation of the article are analysis, synthesis, cultural, analytical, and systematic. The peculiarities of Ukraine’s acquisition of new image characteristics are highlighted, such as self-organization and consolidation of civil society, construction of its own national narrative and the spread of the “Ukraine” brand, attention is focused on the digitalization of public administration and the receipt of public services by citizens as a progressive direction of development. An attempt was made to highlight the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation as one of the catalysts for the rapprochement of Ukraine and the European Union. The analyzed components of the multifaceted nature of the war complicate the process of ensuring the security of our state, because it requires protection not only of territorial integrity, but also of the information space and the image of Ukraine broadcast through it in the perception of the world community. Examples of Russian propaganda aimed at destroying the trust of the citizens of Ukraine on the part of the world community and fabrication of a significant number of messages are given. The events and decisions of the state authorities in 2022 are outlined, which directly contributed to the positive image of Ukraine and emphasized its European orientation. The duality of public perception of Ukraine’s place in European integration processes has been revealed: on the one hand, there have been changes in the perceptions of the European community in the direction of approving rapprochement with our state, and on the other, for the first time in many years, studies demonstrate absolute support for joining the European Union and NATO.
