Технологія кооперативного навчання: методичний потенціал та досвід впровадження

Abstract

Стаття присвячена висвітленню методичного потенціалу технології кооперативного навчання та її впровадженню в вітчизняну систему вищої та неперервної педагогічної освіти. Здійснено огляд наукової літератури, яка стосується перебігу технології кооперативного навчання, її трикроковості, дослідження європейськими науковцями її ефективності та розвитку певних методів. Підкреслені потенційні можливості використання технології для формування та розвитку окремих ключових компетентностей, наскрізних вмінь учнів відповідно до Державного стандарту базової середньої освіти. Проаналізовано внесок європейських, американських, канадських австралійських та вітчизняних науковців щодо розвитку кооперативного навчання як технології через дослідження таких її аспектів як: умови ефективності скооперованої діяльності; структура та методи кооперативного навчання; техніки індивідуального освітнього впливу; позитивне значення спільної роботи вчителя та учнів; ефективність парної роботи в процесі оволодіння новими знаннями; аналіз успішності учнів; формування комунікативної компетентності учнів; застосування як інструменту модернізації діяльнісного результату післядипломної педагогічної освіти. The article is devoted to highlighting the methodical potential of cooperative learning technology and its implementation into the domestic system of higher and continuous pedagogical education. A review of the scientific literature related to the course of the technology of cooperative learning, its three-step nature, the study of its effectiveness by European scientists and the development of certain methods was carried out in this work. The potential possibilities of using the technology for formation and development of certain key competencies, cross-cutting skills of students in accordance with the State Standard of Basic Secondary Education are also emphasized. The contribution of European, American, Canadian, Australian and Ukrainian scientists to the development of cooperative learning as a technology was analyzed through the study of such aspects as: conditions for the effectiveness of cooperative activities; the structure and methods of cooperative learning; the techniques of individual educational influence; the positive value of the joint work of the teacher and students; the effectiveness of pair work in the process of mastering new knowledge; the analysis of students' performance; the formation of students' communicative competence; the application as a tool for modernization of the activity result of postgraduate pedagogical education.
