Функціональний аналіз локальної ідентичності як ресурсу політичного розвитку локальної спільноти

Abstract

Показано, що значний інтерес для політичної науки та практики сьогодення набувають різні типи територіальних (локальна, регіональна, національна, глобальна), або просторово-територіальних ідентичностей, які можна розглядати як комплекс просторових, територіальних та регіональних специфічних характеристик самовизначення, на основі певної системи цінностей, поведінки та територіальних інтересів. Визначено, що особливе місце в структурі територіальних ідентичностей посідає локальна ідентичність, що зберігає своє значення та впливає на свідомість і поведінку локальних територіальних спільнот, виконує важливі у сучасному суспільстві функції. Метою дослідження є аналіз сутнісних та функціональних характеристик локальної ідентичності, визначення її впливу на політичний розвиток локальної спільноти. Наукові завдання: з’ясувати особливості територіального підходу до дослідження ідентичності; проаналізувати сутність та особливості локальної ідентичності; розглянути функції та роль локальної ідентичності у суспільстві; визначити політичні функції локальної ідентичності як ресурсу політичного розвитку локальної спільноти. Підкреслено, що у дослідженні були використані системний та соціокультурний підходи, дискурсний, соціологічний, функціональний та інші методи наукового аналізу. Проаналізовано сутність, структурні елементи та функції локальної ідентичності, доведено, що локальна ідентичність може стати важливим механізмом конвертації локальної ідентичності у конструктивні соціально-політичні практики локальної території та спільноти. Обґрунтовано, що локальна ідентичність виконує ряд найважливіших політичних функцій, таких як: легітимація політичного розвитку локального співтовариства; формування платформи політичних цілей та цінностей локальної спільноти; політична та громадянська мобілізація; розвиток політичної комунікації. Наявність локальних політичних інтересів та цінностей формують політичні ідентичності мешканців локальної спільноти. Наголошено, що локальні політичні ідентичності мають потужний конструктивний потенціал суспільних процесів і розглядаються як значний ресурс розвитку локальних територій, впливають на динаміку і розвиток політичних процесів і відносин суспільства в цілому. Different types of territorial (local, regional, national and global) or spatial-territorial identities, which can be considered as a set of spatial, territorial and regional specific characteristics of self-determination, based on a certain system of values, behaviour and territorial interests are relevant for the political science and practice. Local identity is determined as the one that takes a special place in the structure of territorial identities. Local identity retains its importance and influences the consciousness and behaviour of local territorial communities as well as performs important functions in modern society. The aim of the study is to analyse the essential and functional characteristics of local identity as well as to determine its impact on the political development of the local community. Scientific tasks are the following: to find out the peculiarities of the territorial approach to the study of identity; analyse the essence and features of local identity; consider the functions and role of local identity in society; identify the political functions of local identity as a resource for political development of the local community. It is emphasized the systemic and socio-cultural approaches, discourse, sociological, functional and other methods of scientific analysis are used in the study. The essence, structural elements and functions of local identity are analyzed. It is proved that local identity can become an important mechanism of conversion into constructive socio-political practices of local territory and community. It is substantiated that local identity performs a number of important political functions, such as: legitimization of political development of the local community; formation of a platform of political goals and values of the local community; political and civic mobilization; development of political communication. The presence of local political interests and values shape the political identities of the inhabitants of the local community. It is emphasized that local political identities have a strong constructive potential of social processes and will be considered as a significant resource for the development of local territories, influence the dynamics and development of political processes and relations within society as a whole.
