Abstract

In the article, the author devotes a lot of space to emphasizing the teaching, scientific and social activities of Jan Grzesiak as an ambitious educator, and also as a valuable family member in fulfilling multiple roles in the family and in the environment. The rich research and teaching achievements have been synthetically generalized, which significantly highlights the contribution of Jan Grzesiak to the education of students and young academic staff. This is evidenced by the numbers: publication of over 300 articles and over 30 books, participation in several hun dred national and international conferences and symposia, promotion of over 900 masters and 800 bachelor’s degrees in pedagogy, as well as supervisor supervision over doctoral and postdoctoral theses. In addition, it is worth emphasizing the authorship of over a dozen expert opinions in the field of didactics and education management, as well as reviewing over 40 items of scientific publications in Po land, Belarus and Ukraine. He is proud of the fact that he actively participates in international events in the field of humanities and culture in contact with activists of the Polish community abroad and with many authorities — including professor Mykola Zymomrya. These are just some of the fruits of the Professor’s passionate activity. In the article, you can find many places imbued with the values of spirituality and multiculturalism, respecting dialogue and mutual understanding, without manifestations of hate speech, and even more so without the politicization of education and the science of education.
