Abstract

The urgency of the problem. Informatization of society is a promising way of economic, social and educational development. Informatization of education is aimed at the formation and development of the intellectual potential of the nation, the improvement of the forms and content of the educational process, the introduction of computer methods of teaching and testing, which allows solving the problems of education at the highest level, taking into account world requirements. In modern society, a person receives as much information in a week as he received in his entire life during the Middle Ages. Unfortunately, the information explosion of modernity is not accompanied by a corresponding increase in knowledge. Traditional teaching methods and means do not meet the requirements of modern development and are weakly amenable to the trends of the rapid development of scientific and technological progress. Such circumstances force teachers to introduce innovative teaching methods and adapt these technologies in the educational process. The purpose of the article is a socio-educational study of the nature and role of information communication as a major factor in the development of modern personality. The methodological basis of the study is determined by the goals and objectives of the work and is characterized by the application of theoretical calculations, analysis and synthesis of the problem, examples of developed European countries, experience and analogies, and models of society according to the specifics and problems of the present. The results of the study. It was concluded that information and communication technologies are gradually, actively and constantly intertwined and integrated into all spheres of human activity and society, becoming a powerful catalyst and determining source of their objective development. Its main communicative factors are the sharp growth of the role of knowledge and information, which become an important strategic resource of society, ensure adequate personal development, accelerated development of high-tech industries. The very development of society increasingly depends on the new social role of knowledge. Today, they are the prerogative of science only, and become the basis of practical use. In modern society, the status of science, knowledge, information is changing. The need for them is growing. Their work requires a different organization of information infrastructure. Solving this problem requires specific knowledge of the state of awareness of the individual in society. Therefore, the use of information and communication technologies significantly increases the effectiveness of the educational process, promotes the formation of such skills and abilities that can be implemented in search, communication work, stimulates the identification of interest in solving problems. Актуальність проблеми. Інформатизація суспільства – це перспективний шлях до економічного, соціального та освітнього розвитку. Інформатизація освіти спрямовується на формування та розвиток інтелектуального потенціалу нації, удосконалення форм і змісту навчального процесу, впровадження комп’ютерних методів навчання та тестування, що надає можливість вирішувати проблеми освіти на вищому рівні з урахуванням світових вимог. У сучасному суспільстві за тиждень людина отримує стільки інформації, скільки у часи середньовіччя отримувала за все життя. На жаль, інформаційний вибух сучасності не супроводжується відповідним збільшенням знань. Традиційні методи і засоби навчання не встигають за вимогам сучасної освіти та слабо піддаються тенденціям стрімкого розвитку науково-технічного прогресу. Такі обставини змушують до впровадження нових інноваційних методів навчання та адаптації сучасних інформаційних технологій у навчальному процесі. Метою статті є соціально-освітнє дослідження сутності та ролі Інформаційної комунікації як основного чинника розвитку освіти та особистості. Методологічна основа дослідження обумовлена метою і завданнями роботи та характеризується застосуванням теоретичної викладки, аналізу і синтезу поставленої проблеми, прикладів розвинутих країн Європи, досвід та аналогії, а також моделі розвитку суспільства згідно специфіки та проблем сьогодення. Результати дослідження. Було зроблено висновок, що інформаційно-комунікаційні технології поступово, активно і невпинно вкрапляються та інтегруються в усі сфери діяльності людини і суспільства, стають могутнім каталізатором і визначальним джерелом їх об’єктивного розвитку. Основними комунікативними факторами його є різке зростання ролі знань та інформації, які стають важливим стратегічним ресурсом освіти і суспільства, забезпечують адекватний сьогоденню розвиток особистості, прискорений розвиток високотехнологічних галузей. Сам розвиток суспільства дедалі більше залежить нової соціальної ролі знань. Вони є сьогодні прерогативою лише науки, а стають основою практичного використання. У суспільстві змінюється статус науки, знання, інформації. Потреба у яких зростає. Для їхнього функціонування необхідна інша організація інформаційної інфраструктури. Вирішення цієї проблеми вимагає конкретного знання про стан справ з поінформованістю особи у суспільстві. Отже, використання інформаційно-комунікативних технологій значно підвищує результативність освітнього процесу, сприяє формуванню таких умінь і навичок, які можуть реалізуватися в пошуковій, комунікативній роботі, стимулює виявлення інтересу для розв’язання поставлених завдань.
